I need 8 images printed & laminated - the store was very busy but the three UPS Store employees were working hard & did a great job. Hannah specifically (who helped me) was fantastic. Everything turned out great - thank you!

I had to fax a bunch of papers and then run off to work but Hannah called me to let me know my fax went through. What great customer service! Thank you Hannah 🙂

🏆💌The best UPS location in the valley and I've been to most of them! today July 5th in the morning I experienced some of the best customer service by a middle-aged guy working at this location that almost made me want to write a letter and instead this review is happening. he was welcoming nice was able to help me with a tech issue and not be Tech Guy like and even offered to help out and go above and beyond really appreciate it and a bit of Shame they didn't get his name now!

Greg has taken care of me every time i have come to this location. He is a great asset and to the team

I probably go to this location at least once a week and every single time I go, everyone is so helpful and kind. There are some occasions where it will get pretty busy there and I know sometimes that can be frustrating, but the team of guys that work in the afternoons are so helpful and patient and I can always tell that they try to make sure that I'm getting the best prices. I know that nobody likes to have to wait in line at the post office, and I can get pretty annoyed when I have to, but the employees at this location always make sure that I leave with a smile on my face! I have yet to have a bad experience at this store.

The store is always clean, the staff friendly & knowledgeable, and my shipping needs are always taken care of.

Your stores are always very efficient and kind. I know I am guaranteed to be in and out in a timely manner.

My experiences with UPS at 3116 South Mill Ave, Tempe was great!
I went there this morning at 9.05 am to drop off a package. The tape I brought was not working to seal the package. I did not ask for help. Mr Manson was very kind and helpful. Saw me from afar what I am trying to accomplished by failed. He told me to handle over my package to him. He help me to put the label into a transparent envelope help to seal my package.
He done above and beyond for his customer. I am very thankful and grateful. Great experiences in this UPS location.

The 200 pound 6’1” individual with long blonde hair and painted nails (physical description because I’m unsure of name) needs a serious attitude adjustment. Multiple times I have dropped off packages and received quite an attitude from them for doing so. I spend at least $10,000 a year on postage with UPS and do not appreciate being spoken to like I am a child in middle school. Please see that the attitude is corrected. Thank you.

Stellar and effortless customer service provided each and every time I visit this UPS location. The staff has such willingness and desire to assist each and every customer with accurate knowledge and formidable professionalism. This branch also personalizes the customer interaction by building rapport to establish a long term business relationship.

I have been to this UPS store several times. All the associates are very helpful but in particular I’d like to thank Ricky. He is very knowledgeable and works quickly so people don’t have to wait in line. Thank you Ricky, keep up the great work!

Great place, nice and helpful employee. I was skeptical after reading some bad reviews here but I usually tape my boxes beforehand anyway and did not feel like driving an extra 10 minutes. This is a business, it does not surprise me they charge for tape especially with all the $100k cars around here. Even saw one parked out front when I made my trip over there.

Also this is an individual store, not a place to review the entire UPS corporation which is what many of these reviews seem to be doing.

UPS Store is outstanding! They are attentive, efficient and care that you are taken well care of. Iv'e been going there and working with them sine they opened their doors many years ago. If you need to scan a document, print a flyer or create marketing, etc... they are stellar! Oh yeah and they ship and mail for you too! Their greetings cards are the best! Sometimes I go there just for that.

they were super helpful! I was in a rush and had to walk miles in 100 degree weather to get a document notarized they got everything done so quickly and were so polite and seemed like genuinely happy people who also found fulfilment in their job. My nearby ups store was no help to me with my simple task. This store has great employees.

Enough people working during busy time. They are efficient fast.
