fantastic experience. I thought the Chandler location was the best until I found this location which is actually 5 mins from my house. Fantastic knowledgeable staff and an amazing selection. they actually had a quite a few rare figures and comics. add to all of that they had some pretty cool music collectables. definitely going to go back every chance I get

This quirky neighborhood store is a hidden gem. Great deals, and always getting new merchandise in. Friendly staff is a plus too. Its central location in town makes it very appealing and the deals inside make it worth your trip. Be prepared to do a bit of looking around, even though its very organized.

I visited Zia Records back in Autumn of 2021 when I visited Phoenix and I was stoked to find so many great titles for low prices! Not only that but they sell instruments, shirts, nick-nacks and lots of other awesome stuff! Super friendly staff, awesome to chat with! Well informed on the local scene too and they gave me some tips on where to see some local bands play!

Between this location and the one off of Thunderbird they are my top favorites. This location is quite large and I never leave empty handed. Whether I’m on the lookout for a new vinyl, movie, pops or even an old school cassette they have it all. Yes I still own a cassette player and I love it. Vinyls are my fave though for sound quality alone, but the 90s girl in me still loves a cassette here and there. Service is always great and I love that I earn points from purchases. It’s easy to remember with a phone number or your key chain tag. Prices are fair. If you love music and quirky , fun gift ideas you’ll love it at Zia.

Zia is great. We're lucky to have this record chain in Arizona. This location is pretty good. It's near Arizona State University. The business plaza has some cool bars, pizza place, and there's a Dutch Bros, too. The shop itself is pretty clean and well kept. The staff is pretty friendly and nice. Good selection of records, movies, books, etc.

My teenager enjoys this store so much that we spend about an hour there each time we go. I recommend going during the week because weekends are always busy.

I'm new to the area and am very impressed with Zia Records in Tempe. The variety is crazy and it's a fun store with a lot of cool stuff besides records. I've been a few times now, and every time, I'm impressed by the friendly, pleasant staff. I've been in retail management for 30 years, and I can tell that someone at Zia knows how to hire.

The only negative is that I've blown my intended budget every time I've been in. It's not that the prices are too high they're not. I just keep finding records I didn't know I needed.

Great place to drop in and either purchase or trade in any type of media! Vinyl, cassette, VHS, dvd, BluRay, video games, everything!!! Lots of cool memorabilia too. And if they don’t have it here, they might have it at another Zia location! The music that plays inside is always good too.

Great prices!! Books, movies, music ..you name it. Daughter loves anime and they have a big selection. Old movies, new movies ..used and new prices available!! They’ve got some sale sections!! I finally found my favs here❤

Great alternative place to find new and used movies, blu-ray, cds, vinyls, video games, board games, books, random knicknacks like cups, socks, wallets, lanyards, hats, clothes, etc. They accept all of the above for trade credit or cash back as well, just like Bookmans; trade credit is always higher. On the bottom of every receipt from purchases or trades you recieve a coupon for 10% off any item in the store (I believe not on discounted merchandise). To redeem, simply go on their website listed, let them know how your experience was, and write down the code on the receipt! Friendly associates avaliable whwnever to help you find what you're looking for. I would recommend to anyone!

Love the place! It reminds me of Hastings (RIP) and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the prices are awesome too!

Zia Records...shmecords, this uniquely cool store needs to be renamed to Zia's Fun Shop. Hey I know they used be an actual record shop and they still buy, trade and sell all physical music formats but man they have so much more than just music! Looking for a vintage concert tee...they got it! Looking for a unique, weird, yet cool collectible/gift...yep, they got it! Looking for something dull and boring...you won't find that here! I love this store!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! So cool and inviting. Fantastic staff they know their stuff. Very wide selection of everything! Vinyl is great and well kept, pre-owned stuff is clean and good quality. Books here are well curated as good as the records. Great place for fun gifts and trinkets for friends or family! 12/10!

Zia is a magical place where the past, present, and future all blend into one. It's such a joy to peruse the games, books, music, and movies both in search of hidden gems but also to just see the wares.

I love this place. It’s packed full of really cool stuff from music, to books, collectibles, video games, hobbies and toms more interesting stuff. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable.
