Fry's

I like this store because of the selection but it is getting increasingly frustrating to shop here because it seems like every day is stock day and there's often pallets in the middle of aisles and other obstructions to navigate around. The staff are still friendly and helpful, but like every grocery store there are fewer of them and more self-checkout lanes.

Pretty clean and well kept Fry's. Shout out the cool guy with the Afro and retro glasses that's always working. That kid is a vibe

I went to this location on Mill / Southern
It was decent, restrooms were clean and the store itself was too. The produce was fresh and the items in the dairy section had really good dates on everything I looked at, everything was fresh and neatly stocked. I will be back!

I went into this store on Thanksgiving Day one hour before they were closing. Tisha was my cashier and she went above and beyond as I left my money at home , ran out of store and home trying to beat 10 min till they closed. Got back and she had saved my stuff and then I was still short and she paid the difference for me! I can't say thank you enough - she showed me that there is still people who have a heart out there! Thank you Frys and Tisha you saved my Thanksgiving!

I've been shopping at this particular store for a few decades, seeing as how it's only 1/2 mile away from where my Dad's house used to be. (the house is still there, but we sold it)

I think it has been voted "cleanest grocery store" many times.

Always well kept, stocked and their employees are almost always pleasant. There was this one "bad" experience, but it was actually and completely my fault ~ I lost my temper a bit 'cause a trac phone I'd purchased was un-returnable. I should've read the entire special sale instructions.

One night, kinda late, I accidentally lost my cell phone & they were holding onto it for me.
When I called them in the morning, they said it was found in the meat aisle where I was looking for pork steaks. They took the time to check the last night's security video and saw that it was me who set it down.

One of the sweet customer service gals said "when I saw that it was you, I was sure you'd be right back for it". 🥴

A little embarrassing for moi, but that sure was nice of them!!!

I ordered the giant sub for my sons first birthday. It was a simple process to order and pick up. Then the sub was amazing! No one believed me when I said I purchased from Fry’s! I will be ordering from Fry’s every birthday!!! Thank you Fry’s for making my sons birthday food amazing!!

As a tourist, it's nice to have some familiar things. The store was clean and orderly, well stocked, and the associates very friendly

Great prices. Excellent customer service. I was having a hard time at self checkout with a huge line behind me and Raul was quick and friendly!!! Really thankful for that

Had a catering order for our company here and has a great experience. Cathy was very friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. She even called me ahead of my pick up time to make sure our order was correct. Such a positive experience compared to the Baseline location. The chicken tenders, hummus appetizer, and veggie tray were fresh and tasted amazing. We will definitely order at this location again. Thank you, Cathy and the Deli Department!

Not as big of a selection as the Fry’s on Rural/Southern, but it’s a solid location with consistent and helpful staff. I’ve never had a bad experience here. With six self checkouts at each door, and friendly cashiers in between, checkout has always been a breeze here. No crazy waits, no drama, just pleasant foragings.

Having to go to a few not-so-great grocery stores recently really made me appreciate this store. This is my Fry's that is closest to my house. Its less than a mile away so we stop in probably twice a week. Its always clean. The staff is always pleasant even when they are busy. Great job, guys.

Lots of good parking space. Usually pretty busy, and a pain to get out of during rush hour. Staff are mostly nice and usually competent.

I've never had an issue with long lines at checkouts due to the fact that the cashier's/ employee's are very prompt on opening up register's before an issue of the matter's occurrence .
I'm very satisfied with customer service and their common courtesy to the public as well as to loyal customers. Thank you to all the Fry's employees and all of us working so hard to keep our community safe clean and pulling together during these times. Going to get through this together

Great selection of products and everything is well stocked. I enjoy my shopping experience here each time I come. Also, I’m so happy they accept reusable bags during the pandemic. Thanks for caring for the environment!
