The manager, George was a lifesaver for our traditional Thanksgiving ham loaf recipe! He personally ground and mixed the custom ham and pork at the last minute to save the day. Such personal and professional service is a “rare” quality these days. I highly recommend Oxtails and More. It was my pleasure meeting such a fine young man, Thanks again, George!

Enjoyable take out dinner, fun atmosphere with the true Caribbean food & flair available. Parking is tight, but worth it. Customer service great.

Great place to shop for quality meat and lots of chances to chose from fresh meat and vegetables fish products to chose from. Your meat cut like you want it. And inexpensive too.

Very good oxtail dinner. Only $15 . Great service. Only complaint is that they didn't have plantains. Will for sure be coming back for this. Delicious

Love this place 💘 I remember when they first open when you could buy shares into the business. I was to busy shopping. But the place has past the test of time. The food is great in quality, it has only upgraded. It has most of all you need and the place stay clean. And they have now added cook food. I am sorry I didn't invest when I started too!

I love this place it is and still is the TOP RESTAURANT of West Palm Beach and surrounding cities. I live in Clearwater now but when I come back in town it’s the first place I bee line to before going to see anyone. Best place for authentic jamaican foods and meats and baked products

Great Caribbean grocery store; providing fresh produce and freshly prepared meals for take-out. Here, you can also find health and beauty products unique to the Caribbean. This location is always well stocked, organized and clean. It is definitely a West Indian gem in the community.

1st time coming. Staff was friendly and answered questions with no problems. Ordered the Oxtail dinner. One size... No small or large! Very large portion provided and price was less than other places. Prepared the way it should be. Asked for extra gravy and received it!! Seasoned well and very delicious! Location also serves as a meat store and market.

Seem to be reducing portions now. I went today to purchase meats(fresh, not frozen)...chicken wings, chicken drumsticks, chicken breast, smoked turkey and smoke turkey wings.
I then ordered an Oxtail dinner. ($15.99+ tax). When to another store then home.
I WAS HIGHLY UPSET WITH WHAT I RECEIVED. IT WAS HALF OF WHAT WAS IN THE PICTURES I PREVIOUSLY POSTED AND NO GRAVY AT ALL.
The bad thing about it is I actually took someone with for them to experience it. I ended up giving the meal to them to make ONE WHOLE PORTION..
I actually really enjoy this place and really hope I don't have to leave them for 'the bait and switch' tactics so many businesses do. But the next time Will Be My Last Time

They have good meal plans. They are a very good value. The staff are nice too. This was my first time trying them out. Im definitely coming back.

Number one meat market in west palm beach always satisfied and great prices

This is the best place to go to get Caribbean grocery. The staff is very friendly and service impeccable. I had a cup of soup today that was absolutely delicious.

No shortage of Caribbean/Latino/and some African and even South Pacific ethnic foods. The place is so tightly packed with food items, it could comfortably do with twice the space. There is a small kitchen area for cooked foods. No eating area. Entirely take out. Even though I see different cooks from time to time, the food is consistently appetizing and, therefore, good. My favourite is the escoveitched fish. It is always red snapper and is as close as one can get to the best escoveithed fish from Old Harbour in Jamaica. Frankly, take it from one who others compliment as a cook....it is good. Whenever I am in West Palm Beach I do no not do escoveitch fish in my condo. It is a substantial part of my diet so I constently get it from this place. I am a little nervous about the fact that some raw "meats" are handled close to the cooked food. Visit the place and decide on your own comfort - or lack of it - with this arrangement. For the overall quality of the cooked food in this class of cooked food source, it merits five stars. As is common with practically all such places, the prices are generally high.

Oxtails is a very nice store. I really love to purchase my meats, and vegs, and other Specialty Foods and the staff that is very nice and the store is impeccably clean and I'm all about customer service and the price is a very very reasonable. I will continue to do business at oxtails.

They have frog legs that are hard to find anywhere. The store is very busy, fun and the staff was so friendly. We loved it and can't wait to go back.
