AT&T Store

Raoul did a wonderful job helping all six of us in our family, 2 of us being 72 years old, but Raoul didn’t mind our questions at all. We quickly got the 3 phones that we needed. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind! Thank you, Raoul, for being our best sales person ever!

I had a fantastic experience at the AT&T store at The Shops of Bella Terra, and I want to commend the salesperson, Carianna, who assisted me. There was absoulutely no wait time, and Carianna's customer service was exceptional. She genuinely cared about my needs and even continue to follow up with me afterward. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Thank You, Carianna, and AT&T!

my bf and i went to the store to get new phones and hahn was so helpful. it was a difficult situation and he explained all options available before we got one that worked for us.

Shawn was great answering all our questions and even giving us updates on what is new. He switched our Sims to e-Sim, which we were very happy with. He's knowledgeable and very friendly.

Very nice, patient and thorough. Two other sales agents helped us with accessories and instructions. I don't know what they could have done to make it better 🤔… maybe picked up lunch for us.

Being treated this well isn’t as common as it should be.

I was in a tough situation with T-Mobile. I was not going to pay for something that wasn’t my mistake. When I walked in, I was greet by a gentleman named Armando. He signed up me and wife for un unlimited plan which was what I needed. My wife doesn’t understand much English so he was happy to tell her what he insisted. Armando is an asset to this store and definitely recommend him to be top representative.

ATT customer service via phone is a nightmare and time waster to finally get a knowledgeable, English speaking rep....(I did finally but couldn't keep jumping through hoops to do so). I went to the physical store-- Raul was quick to greet me. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. He knew exactly what I needed and how to solve all that was necessary. He is a great representative of skilled customer service. Thank you Raul.

The customer service at this store was top notch, couldn't have been any better.

I recently upgraded my phone to the s22 ultra, and added a watch to my account. When I received the galaxy watch 4 classic 46mm, it would not perform the initial setup with my s22 ultra through the wear app like it's supposed to. After troubleshooting it ourselves at the store, and contacting and receiving no input or advice from both AT&T tech support, and Samsung tech support, we were able to figure it out and make it work as designed. This s22 ultra and the galaxy watch 4 classic were both purchased from the AT&T website. Not the store.

Mind you this took 6 hours from initial walk in to the store, and 30 minutes the next day to figure all of it out and get it working properly. The issue seemed very unique and none of the employees had seen it happen before. Seemed like a one off issue, or a start of an issue that some users may have in the future possibly?

However, time aside, the patience, willingness, and curiosity of the entire crew at this store to assist me and figure out what was going on with the combination of the s22 ultra and the galaxy watch 4 classic was top notch. Couldn't have had a better experience.

My experience in att was above an beyond. The reps and manager were friendly. Had an issue and was taken of by Raul and Emmanuel. The gave great customer service and helped me al the way. I will continue to do business with att if they keep this up. The manager Shae is very accommodating and always meets the customer needs. And encourages satisfaction amongst her team. I appreciate her and the store for everything.

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting to get much help from a retail outlet considering we ordered the phone directly from the AT&T website. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by T. (short for Teara), and it took her less than 5 minutes to identify and fix the issue. She was friendly and knowledgeable, even taking the time to help our daughter pick the perfect accessories for her first phone. This will definitely be our go-to store for phone upgrades and service in the future.

Raul Flores was one of the best salesperson we have ever met. He answered all our questions in the best possible way. He gave us all relevant information in the most efficient way. It made our purchase of iPhone 12 Pro Max so easy. We were in and out of the store in 20 mins, all perfectly done! Excellent job Raul 😀

We came in with an hour until close and I felt bad for being THAT person. But my husband and I both got new phones and the associate was very nice and patient. They turned the chiefs game on while we were waiting for the data to transfer. By far the best AT&T store we've visited since moving to Texas. This is now going to be our new regular store and I am so pleased with the service. The other associate and I talked Manga while we waited since we were the only ones in the store. 10/10 would highly recommend this AT&T location. They made us feel at home.

Jay was amazing and PATIENT with my mom who can be a bit overwhelming, especially with sales. We were able to get all issues sorted out and understood after my mom activated our family plan at an authorized dealer. It was hectic but he remained calm and professional. We will return for all our other devices and family lines.

I have been ATT customer since 2007. I have visited many AT&T stores across this country and met many different sales persons for the last 14 years. Raul was the best sales person I have ever met. Not only he answered all our questions, but also found the best possible way for our needs. He was the best by far compared to the sales person I met at Katy Mills Mall and Fry road (they made me being upset and looking for another options).

My experience with Enrique Alejandro was very professional and extremely helpful. I have had many problem with my apple devices and if it wasn’t for Enrique helping me, I probably would have turned in my Apple products and switched to something else. He really has a unique and genuine way of making you feel a good comfort level when you he’s helping you. You don’t feel like a regular customer but that he cares enough to treat you like family.

I would highly recommend his location and working with him. He is a definite problem solver.

I have been here three times now, once to switch from another carrier and the next two times to upgrade phones. The staff is always very helpful! I highly recommend this location.
