I went to find comfy clothes had all my sizes. I was also able to use my 30% offand my $10 birthday coupon.
Check out lady was older and very nice.

Store pickup is sooooo easy.
Continued to browse after picking up my order. Staff are helpful and checkout was fairly easy. Only one register open, but the wait wasn’t too long.

Morghan and Kelsei were incredibly friendly, gave me great information on products, and seemed genuine in their happiness to help others as well as work at Sephora in Kohls. That was my first experience ant this location, and a very positive one! Wish other stores had as friendly, helpful employees.

Been here a few times. I usually do not shop at Kohls. Not my go to. But I'm glad I did. I found a few clothing articles. The cashier that attended me was very nice. The store is very clean. They have couple of good clearance racks. Overall I do recommend.

I just had this wonderful employee named Robin help me with several suits for my upcoming medical conference. She was perfect, extremely knowledgeable, and helped me with everything I needed from head to toe! Thank you so much!!

If I am honest, I only really go to Khol's for amazon returns. But I still think it is worth noting that the attendants that work this counter is ALWAYS pleasant and work rather quick to get you in and out. Makes for a very convenient transaction. They also do a good job getting my items logged quickly- helping me to get my refunds timely.

Visited this location to do an Amazon return, FYI the returns department is located in the back of the store, with lots of signage along the way. The staff was really friendly, and helpful. The Amazon return took all of a minute to conduct, and I was given $5 in Kohl Cash with my confirmation receipt. The store is well stocked and very clean. I did notice some empty shelves in the shoe section, which is something I've seen at other stores in the area. Great location, and fantastic staff, I recommend a visit!

I recently had a bad experience with an online order. The items were shipped to the store (per request), however, the store never contacted me for pickup. I had to contact the corporate offices, they gave me a truck tracking number. I then had to contact the store and give them the truck tracking number. The receiving manager located the items however, he could not process the order due to a shipping error. He advised me to call corporate back and cancel the order, then go to the store and repurchase the items. I contacted corp and they said they couldn't cancel the order until it was processed (well the order will not be processed due to a shipping error). I was caught in a loop (can't cancel the order until ready to process, but the item was never going to be processed). Corporate would not do anything ....I waited on the phone for an hour to speak with a supervisor and had to finally hang up. I took my issue directly to the strore. The staff were phenomenal. Jeff the receiving manager stayed after his shift to ensure this issue was resolved. I asked for his business card so I could write a review, he responded that the accolades needed to be directed to the team.
