Amazing and understanding customer service that made it easy and enjoyable to come back for the hassle. Despite seeming caught up and busy, he took care of me with patience. As someone who’s worked in Customer service since i was 15, it’s people like him that really set a standard and raise the bar. I was grateful to be helped by him. Thank you Kennon.

This was my first time doing the home delivery for birthday balloons and I wasvery satisfied and happy with the job they did! So much so that I don't think I'll ever go out and try to bring inflated balloons in my car again. They delivered exactly what I ordered and dropped off at designated time that I chose. Will definitely use again, and will recommend!

Went to quickly get a few things for our daughter’s birthday party and the store was clean And well organized. Customer service was stellar! I asked for help finding something and the young lady walked me to the isle. The young man filling our balloons was so polite and quickly helped us. Great experience. We’ll be returning to this location.

Love the new renovation. Looks great. I couldn't image having to work all that freight and run a store at the same time before Halloween!! But my latest visit the manager Melissa made it great. Her positivity and good attitude were toxic! (That's a good thing) I ended buying more than what I came for, and I'm sure that had something to do with the good vibes and good experience I had.

Great customer service! Great selection! We went for a wider variety of balloons because HEB pickings are slim. There is a whole wall of balloons to choose with a variety of accessories. Despite me hoping weights would do the trick, my 6 year old lost her balloons into the sky for her birthday party today! She was crying so much so I called and they were so nice and replaced them. I'll be back to buy balloons and party supplies for years to come.

I love this location!! The associate that was helping me with my online pickup (Forgive me, I forgot his name, but it started with the letter C 😊) was very helpful and made sure we had our items for my daughter's birthday. The customer service is always great at this location!

I just want to let everyone know that there still good people out there. On 5-19-15 we show up 2 min after they closed the store and my daughter needed something for a school project , we spoke with the manager in charge and he allow my daughter to get what she needed. In any other place they would have said nope...sorry. keep up the good work. Good people is what keep good companies up and running...

I had two associates help me. They went above and beyond to help me get a banner made and be able to pick up on the same day. They were really nice too. I hope the store gets the opportunity to see this and pat them on the back

They are great here, most of the staff are on the tounger side but that didnt matter at all. They took great care ofus and were suoer friendly to our two girls that were with us. One of the girls even took our daughter down one of the aisles and played with herto help distract her while we were getting things for her party! I thought that was amazing that she went above and beyond. We were absolutely treated like first class customers.

I was very impressed by their customer service, and Ethan did a great job checking us out and helping us along with the other person in the balloon service area for my daughter’s bday!

Great Store! Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up management was able to find my order right away, didn't have to wait which is awesome! Very Friendly staff.

They are great at this location. They didn't need to give me a credit for a mistake I made but they did. That says volumes for the customer service they have.

The item I wanted was too expensive so staff suggested a cheaper alternative item that was even better. My daughter loved her sweet 16 balloons.

They have a great selection of party goods. Everything you would need for a party. Decorations, paper goods, party favors, and much more. Good selection of balloons.

Variety of assorted party items that are available brings me to shop at Party City. Theres a little or alot of something to purchase here. Great party color scheme and decor along with costumes.
