Come for the energy drinks, stay for Tony. Sometimes I don't even want anything from 7/11 but I still go just to see Tony. He has such a way of lighting up a room with his unfiltered enthusiasm. He is so full of interesting and enthralling stories and tales. such a great guy with such a great hat.

Cashier who is always there in the cowboy hat is the best, great guy!!!

Needs a manager that smokes less and works more. Worker swamped while manager stood outside smoking and choking.

Almost every time I place a DoorDash order it is always wrong or items missing.! I just don’t understand it. How can people be so incompetent.

Not happy with this place. Customer service was bad. Young man that listens to Arabian music was very disrespectful. I gave him the right amount of money than he gave me an attitude. Then he said I gave the wrong change and to come back with the 10 cents. I came back and gave him the 10 cents even though he was wrong and I gave him the right amount of change . I will never ever come back to this 711 ever again.

The kid that works there doesn't know how to count or do simple math always gives back wrong amount

Manager got really loud arguing with me about the 3 for 3 deal saying I get a slice of pizza and a hotdog with the big gulp. When it clearly says 3 items and get the big gulp for free. I've had this deal at other locations however he said he runs the store and knows what he's talking about but he had to come out front to read the add.

It would be nice if we had felt more welcome, rather than feeling we are inconveniencing the management and or staff. Would also be lovely if they had a restroom for customers.

How does this business keep confirming the hours on here when they are not 24 hours? Apparently they are mon-Friday to 12 and on saturday and sunday to 1 am. However its scribbled and crossed out and scribbled on this horrid sign outfront. And usually the cow boy hat dude, who really likes sharing his political opinions, closes early and just sits out front. Like why close earlier than the hours posted on the door, which are earlier than the online CONFIRMED hours, and just sit outside on your phone. And if you drive down the street to another store and come back, i bet ya hes still just sitting out there on his phone. Its so weird. At least dont be confirming the wrong hours online, and get a better sign. Or redo it so it’s legible.

I was in this place during my break. At the same time I was on the phone, via earpiece, with my wife who is overseas, speaking to her during one of our brief windows of communication.
The cashier rang me up, I paid, no delays. The cashier, while my credit card was running, said "rudest thing ever" to the customer behind me. I went back later and asked if she was talking about me and she said she was, actually snatched the item I was buying out of my hand and told me to go somewhere else. The owner stepped in but as I left I could hear her laughing hysterically.
I will not just stop going to this 7 eleven but will never spend another dime at ANY 7 eleven, anywhere as long as this person is still employed by the company.

This location is no longer open 24 hours and has failed to update their new hours and it has been several months now. Their new hours are random and aren’t even listed on a sign on their door. Very unprofessional. This location has really gone down hill.
