This has to be one of the best dealerships with customer service. I have been buying cars here for almost 23 years. The sales staff and service managers are excellent. I would recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a Mercedes Benz vehicle. This is a dealership that I have just recently purchased two brand new 2023-2024 Mercedes-Benz from within a six month period. The service is excellent. My car is always returned to me promptly.

Recently my aunt purchased a GLE350 from Smith Motor Sales. As I am a long time Mercedes owner, she asked me to accompany her for her first Benz We had the very good fortune to have Marc as our salesman. He is just about the nicest guy going. He had a completely no pressure way about him and made my aunt feel at ease. What's especially good about Marc is his follow up. He regularly contacts my aunt to make sure everything continues to be okay. That is exceptional service.

But, the story doesn't end there. This past week we brought the car in for service. Craig was our service advisor. He was pleasant and more importantly straight forward. Not pushy or rude. Just a really nice guy who went out of his way to accomodate my aunt's schedule, with a smile.

I have been fortunate to have excellent experiences at many Mercedes Benz dealers over the years. But, the good people at Smith Motor Sales bring customer service to a new level. Without question the very best in New England.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, pressure free sales team / dealership. Brock has been great to work with and isvery responsive. My experience acquiring an EQB 300 has been very positive. It took some time and some back and forth to locate the car but the end thinks worked out well. I certainly will do business again with Simth Motor.

This review is for the service department, specifically for the technician who goes by Patel. He’s the most honest tech I’ve worked with in my 10+ years of owning various MB models. He’s done work on my GTS and most recently my wife’s GLE63. He’ll never over sell you on something you don’t need, but will give you honest feedback on what needs attention right away. Even though I don’t live in the area anymore, I still go out of my way to drop off the car at Smith Motors for Patel.

Ask for Marc! He was kind, helpful, responsive, honest, and flexible. Helped us get exactly what we needed and never tried to push anything extra on us. Hands down the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Walked out smiling.

Although we set the lease at another dealership, a trusted friend recommended using SMITH MOTORS when the lease was up. Had we know how wonderfully trustworthy they are, we would have started our journey there and not at 'the big guy'. Returned the car for an existing issue that showed up last week and got fixed previously . Hopefully the issue is resolved for good now, time will tell.

I am currently in the process of buying a 1991 MB 420 SEL. Roger Waugh has been fantastic and very accommodating to my needs and questions. It's my first time dealing with the dealership but I would recommend them highly. Long standing, family owned businesses are the way to go!!!!
