Kangaroo Smiles Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics

Everyone was great! The entire experience was calm and happy. The waiting area is well done, offering an interactive floor game, a kids movie on the tv and fun soft balancing logs to play “floor is lava” on. The front desk staff was friendly and our dental hygienist was so sweet! She made my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing as she did it. My daughter was smiling the whole appointment and felt very comfortable. The dentist was thorough and knowledgeable and answered all my questions/concerns. Very clean, kid friendly office. Overall a wonderful experience!

We absolutely love this place! It was recommended to us from a friend. Two of my children have autism and they were so accommodating! My girls 9,7 couldn’t get out of the car fast enough! They love coming here for cleanings! My 1 year old has his first appointment that had my anxiety through the roof, and it was honestly the best and quickest appointment! Lindsay was the sweetest ever to my girls! She was so calm and reassuring to my kiddos and they both loved how pretty she was ❤. Great staff and they love the waiting room! Thank you kangaroo smiles! We absolutely love Kangaroo smiles! Our kids LOVE going there! The staff is great, they are awesome with kids! We live in methuen, so their location is very convenient for us. The office is very clean. They explain what they are going to do and my kids are very comfortable! 10/10 recommend!

This is the best Dental Clinic I have taken my son to by far. My son is autistic and the other dental locations were to rough on him. He loved the way he was treated and actually allowed them to do everything that was required. I'm so happy we have finally found the right location for him to go too. The staff is amazing and they are magnificent with children. I would recommend Kangaroo Smiles without a doubt.

From check-in to check-out everybody we interacted with at this place was sweet and compassionate. The waiting room might be my little one's new favorite place, the interactive floor game and climbing blocks. The only complaint (from her) was that we didn't have enough time to play on them before we were seen in the back. Quick and easy check up with kind and respectful professionals who even gave me some helpful tips on getting rid of the pacifier for good, which we've been dreading but now (almost) looking forward to. My daughter never puts up a fight whenever we're leaving play places but she seriously could have stayed there all day! Such a great experience, looking forward to our next check-up.

Best decision I ever made was bringing my children to this dental office. I appreciate you all, from the front door, to the waiting area, to the back area and back out. You all are so professional, kind, polite, caring, attentive to name a few. As an adult I've had rare moments where I loved the dentist. So, for you all to do an amazing job with all 3 of my kids, brings me peace and trust for you all. That means so much to me. Parents, if you're looking for a dentist for your children, this is the one. 100% mom approved

I enjoy bringing my daughters to Kangaroo Smiles. They have a great team that is always welcoming and supportive to the little ones. Every time my girls have fallen and injured their mouth/teeth they have been so accommodating and flexible either by keeping in touch via email or text. They also would book a last minute apt to make sure all is good. And that gives me price of mind. They are also very upfront about payments and copayments and what insurance covers/ doesn’t cover so you aren’t shocked when a bill shows up if it does. My girls are always excited to come and get their teeth cleaned. Now keeping in mind that kids love motivation and they love to be rewarded when they do good. And having no cavities and behaving at a dentist office should always be something to be praised about. Something that a sticker or even a toothbrush would have them happy about. That’s they only downside I guess- just because it’s a pediatric dentistry the focus should be that the kids are happy when they come/ leave. But besides that the practice is great and it’s always clean :)

All 3 of my children goes here. 4, 5, and 15 years old. We are always greeted with smiles. The waiting room is kid friendly. And I always feel confident letting my children go in alone. Plus it makes them feel independent. This is their third year with kangaroo smiles and I will continue their dentist care here.

I took my daughter here for her first ever dentist appointment this past week. The staff are so kind and have so much patience! My daughter was a bit shy at first and they handled it so well. She started to open up and then when her appointment was all done, she didn’t want to leave!

Our little one has been coming here from ages 1-2.5 (so we’ve had 4 appointments). The team is always friendly, the office is welcoming, and we will keep coming back.

I really love that I can text them responses and it has been a life saver as I had to send new insurance or change appointments. I work a lot and often can’t get out for long phone calls, so it’s made getting everything together super easy.

The reception staff, dentists and dental assistants have all been really welcoming to myself and our now toddler as well. We recommend them to all our friends with little kids!

The hygienist are very friendly and approachable. They make my son comfortable during the cleaning. The office are very clean and the kids can play on the nice lounge area while waiting to be called up. Thank you for your amazing job.

Great place for kids! From the video game projected on the floor of the waiting room, to the amazing staff. I was nervous about how my wiggly 5 year old son would do with having a cavity worked on. They had a tv mounted right above the chair to keep him occupied. They were so patient with him and instantly put both of us at ease. Will definitely be recommending to all of my friends with littles!

Kangaroo smiles was incredibly professional, gentle, fast and easy! Their equipment is geared towards tiny mouths, which is great as opposed to seeing a general dentist. Such a great experience!

Kangaroo Smiles was amazing with my 18m old for her first dentist appointment! The waiting room was super fun and distracted her. Once we were brought in, the appointment was thorough, and the dentist was very gentle with her, despite her having a meltdown. Absolutely recommend!

Everyone was super nice and overall friendly! The place is super clean. I’m from Lowell, but went to Methuen due to weekends which is a plus! between the dentist, the assistant, and staff, we’ll definitely be coming back!

We just moved to Methuen and found Kangaroo Smiles. My son is not a big fan of going to the dentist, but he did great. Very easy and quick to make an appointment online.
Add on:: brought my youngest son for his 1st visit today at the Methuen office. He was very nervous, but once he sat in the chair he did GREAT! The assistant (I wish I knew her name) that took care of him was awesome! Made him feel so comfortable, and was even able to get x-rays.

This office is by far my favorite place thus far!! The staff are beyond friendly and polite! My kids feel very comfortable hopping in a chair and saying “ahhhh”. There is virtually no wait to be seen however their wait room is pretty cool with the interactive games kids can play in the carpet! This place is awesome !
