The UPS Store

This is my local UPS store and I’m forever grateful for the services and support they provide! Over the years the staff has changed, but the service remains above expectations!! With every customer they’re always polite, efficient, attentive, super knowledgeable about their products!!! Even the young staff treats everyone with so much respect… I love that!! I’ve griped about the prices, but I can’t argue that the value is worth it! Four years and counting The UPS Store has been so clutch for me… this review is long overdue!!

I just had to share the GREAT experience I had at the Dacula UPS store. I had several things to ship and the employee who helped me, was so patient and so kind. She was great to walk me through the process and so were several of the other employees at the store. Huge thank you to Ellen! Someone give her a raise or a promotion for her excellent customer service!! She was outstanding, along with the other employees! Great Experience, great store and great customer service! Well done Dacula UPS!

As a local small business owner new to Ga. I am really grateful for the expedient courteousness and respectful service I always receive from my local Dacula UPS Store. Even when there are unruly customers, the UPS employees remain professional. Keep up the great work!

Grateful for this store. It's a one stop shop. I was able to drop off my package for Amazon and I ordered booklets for a memorial service. The printed items was sent over by 10am and ready by 230pm the same day. Thank you for helping the memorial service shine with a wonderful booklet.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Dipan, the store manager at store 710 in Dacula. He had so much patience with me navigating a return to Amazon on my phone. Us older adults especially have trouble navigating things on our phones can be so difficult and he took the time to help me though the line was growing. Thank you again Dipan, UPS is very fortunate to have managers as you.

Came in here today to ship off a package. Niecey was super nice, friendly, and had amazing customer service. She made my transaction go smoothly. Thank you Niecey!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I love it.The owner Dipen is so friendly. I come for print jobs and amazon returns. They have a new machine that allows you to process your own drop off and it’s extremely convenient.

Love this location! Usually they are swamped and you are greeted and acknowledged when you walk throught the door! They work through each customer with professionalism and friendliness! Shout out to Nicee today! She did a great job! Always want to give a shout out to Jerry and Dipen. Phenomenal store and we are lucky to have this in our community.

I’ve been coming to this store for awhile now and the customer service has always been top tier. The owner goes above and beyond to accommodate any challenges. I was in the store when a customer fell ill and the team came to her rescue. Just a testament to how much the owner and his team cares for not only their customers but their community.

This is a terrific UPS store. I go there for shipping and computer-related services. The management (including Jerry) and staff (including Tyler and Jordan) are always very helpful and possess great attitudes! And the store is very efficient in dealing with a large numbers of customers appearing at the same time.

The store with the easiest shipping options but only thanks to Patrice who is very kind, patient and dedicated to his job, he is always very helpful will take his time with you until you come to an understanding. Patrice is also one of the fastest workers ever, a very independent hard worker, there’s never a moment where he’s shown that his not pleased with what he is doing or shown any attitude. He’s one of the workers who can really cope with anything and anyone.

Every time i step foot at the store I’m happy to be there to be welcomed by him and to have him help me with my situation nonetheless to say I respect him as a worker!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this UPS store! I had to mail an important envelope of documents and get it to the destination in one day. I never used UPS before so I was a bit nervous but Jennifer helped me and walked me through the steps of creating the mailing label and assuring me my envelope would arrive on time. A massive weight off my mind. Thank you SO much, Jennifer!! I will happily bring my business to the UPS store again. A great business and the employees are very caring and helpful.

I took gifts for family of 6 Christmas gifts in on 12/19/2021 and also needed the items boxed, shipping to Florida. I felt horrible about putting the staff though all of this knowing that they have probably been under so much stress with the holidays. The man got right on it, measured my largest item and found a box that would accommodate all of the items and securely packed them in the one box. When my family received the box a day earlier that committed, it looked JUST like it did when I left the store, but it had clear packing packets on the top of the box. Three people worked on my package, they all had a great attitude- we were all laughing before it was all said and done. This is the 2nd time I have had a similar situation and both times I have received outstanding service. Now, the price was high, but I just figure that’s just part of the price you pay for last minute and urgent packages to ship and be received on time. Thank you UPS for your outstanding service!!

We run a small business and we are here almost every single day, and it’s honestly a great experience every time. Very knowledgeable staff, that is always super attentive. I’ve not once seen them ignore or be rude to any of the customers, always a smile on their face. They go above and beyond every time trying to help our shipping be as cost efficient as possible, often helping to repack the item or find an alternative way to ship it all together. If they are ever busy, they are all at the counters trying to get people in and out as soon as possible. As fast paced as everything is, I applaud them on not wasting my time waiting in line. It’s as pleasant as it’s going to get, having to ship things out everyday. Feels like our business here is always appreciated and wanted.

We had exceptional customer service from Christopher yesterday. He was so incredibly friendly and got what we needed done quickly and efficiently. This is great for my business to know that I can keep coming back! Thank you Christopher! My husbands name is Christopher as well and like he said the Christopher’s have got to stick together! Hahahaa thanks again!

I’ve been coming here for quite some time but the last couple of visits have been excellent. Breanne is every business owners dream! She’s and excellent team member. She’s personable, very helpful, and is just an overall pleasant person! Wow, she brings such a great vibe to tedious work (mailing packages) and this location! Keep shining Breanne! Now if I could just clone her for my business 🤔
