AT&T Store

Samuel was awesome and super helpful! The moment we walked in we were acknowledged even though both attendants were busy with customers one of them stopped and welcomed us in. Samuel helped us get the phones and watches we needed and had such a great positive attitude. We were in and out fastest service at a phone shop I’ve ever received and impeccable customer service!! Very happy!

So glad I dropped into this specific location.... Dustin the store manager is extremely professional and very tech savvy... he was able to accommodate me with all my needs no problem....highly recommend

Walked in, first thing I noticed is positive vibes and great teamwork . No one was left unattended . Then, even though my process was a bit complex with T-Mobile not cooperating in a timely manner, the staff patiently assisted with expertise . In a nutshell AT&T in DACULA is waiting to serve you. He took the time to provide me with the best options to fit my needs and was so pleasant to work with! I will be requesting to work with him for all of my future needs. MY HUSBAND AND I CAME IN FOR HIS PHONE BUT JASMYNE AND DUSTIN ALSO HELPED ME WITH MY PHONE TOO AND THEY TOOK THERE PATIENCE TO EXPLAIN TO ME HOW TO DOWN LOAD AND MANAGE MY PHONE AND MY HUSBAND PHONE AS WELL.. LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAD FOR ANYONE WHO WALKED IN AFTER US..

Dustin is very customer friendly and extremely helpful. He exemplified excellent Customer service.

Sam helped me out and I had such a smooth upgrade process! He also helped me figure out why I was paying so much on my previous bills and he helped cut them down tremendously! Truly appreciate his kindness and patience!

Jasmyn the associate was able to fix my phone by swapping sims and got me up an running in no time. Great staff here and very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend this location to everyone. Great work guys!

I spent three hours over two days trying to get my iPad cellular service to work with no luck. Sam had it working in under 10 minutes. I will absolutely be using this store, and particularly Sam, for my future needs.

The customer service at this store is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Ashleigh was the sales rep that I worked with. My first trip in, she was very patient when explaining the deals and how much everything would cost. I went in the second time to get my service transferred to ATT. Ashleigh remembered the service package that I requested and worked on it for me. We ran into a couple of glitches along the way but she did everything that she could to get it all solved so that I didn’t have to come back or wait for my numbers to port in. I did receive a bill that was much higher than I thought. I went in to the store and a different sales rep tried to help me but was told that I’d have to come in a different day so that Ashleigh could do the main credits. I called in the next business day to make sure she was working but was told to call corporate by someone else. I called corporate and they told me I had to go to the store. Was a bit agitated by the back and forth, but thankfully Ashleigh was in the store. She helped me with getting my bill to the accurate amount. Absolutely wonderful service by her. I was and still am baffled by how amazing they are when it came to customer service.

Went in last night and had Mrs Ford as our rep and she was amazing. She turned on TV for our 8 year old help us move everything from our old phones to the new phones and made sure everything worked and we were happy. I have not had customer service like this in a very long time.

This was by far the best experience I've had in any AT&T store ever. Bo was very professional and knowledgeable. He is a great asset to AT&T.

I have NEVER experienced such an extreme level of customer service in my life as I did at this At&T location!! First off, I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years and was admittedly hesitant about making a change in my provider with multiple lines. Bianca literally spent HOURS with me, patiently answering every question, helping me get the most bang for my buck, ensuring that I was able to take advantage of each and every promotion available to new At&T customers!! After ALL that, and weeks later, Bianca personally texted me to check and make sure our family was pleased with everything and took the time to fill out necessary online paperwork FOR US to redeem rewards we qualified for after 30 days of new service!! WHO DOES THAT?!?! Bianca deserves a big fat raise and I will shout from the rooftops to everyone I know that if you are slightly considering switching carriers, look NO more! You will be taken care of like family and treated like a valued customer even after you walk out of their doors! OH (sorry I could write a book about this experience ), I kid you not while I was in there, both Bianca and Jennifer greeted other customers who walked in BY NAME!!!! Absolutely exceeded expectations!!!!

We went to the AT&T store in DACULA, GA to upgrade to newer phones. Maria was our customer service rep, and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I don’t usually give reviews, but Maria deserves a big ATTA GIRL for her great service.

Came in and waited over 40 min with just one other customer there. No one had asked if we had any questions. But then Bianca came in and was super helpful, very polite and answered all our concerns/questions to the best of her ability. I would recommend her 100%
