Lisa was very helpful from the second I walked in the store. She didn't try to over sell me any products but did a great job at helping me purchase exactly what I was looking for! Lisa was thorough and well paced at explaining the details of my purchase and installment payments. I had to give you a five star review. Ashley was AMAZING!!! I went down there to upgrade my Moms phone and it was actually really busy for a Thursday. But Ashley came by got my name added it to the waiting list and as she was helping everybody she would periodically come by to let me know how long the wait was. She also had to contact customer service to straighten out the mess up that customer service did on my account but she was very efficient and always came back with a smile and good news. After we got the phone purchased she made sure that it was activated properly and offered accessories for the new phone. I know why she is the manager…very professional, kind and her smile was beautiful. She made the hour go by fast and I would recommend this location to friends and family.

I had an amazing experience at this store. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful especially Lisa! She took the time to answer all my questions and talk about all my opinions. This is my AT&T store of choice.

My experience at AT&T (3502 Tyler Street) was amazing. The customer service that was provided was outstanding. My sales rep Diane was amazing, very helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. She was so kind and sweet and answered every question I had.

I received the very BEST service at this store!! I had a complicated situation I thought could not be fixed, but the employees who helped me knew right away what needed to be done and reassured me the whole way through. In the end, they fixed everything!! They even found an extra discount to apply!! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all they did!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Tyler branch with Matt as my savior! After a frustrating and puzzling ordeal at the Chicago Ave branch, where I spent a whopping 3 hours trying to activate my line, Matt turned the entire situation around in no time.

Unlike my previous encounter, Matt's exceptional knowledge and dedication shone through. I gave him a brief overview of my struggles, and he quickly identified the root of the problem that had left me scratching my head. As it turns out, the initial branch had attempted to provide me with the premium package while incorrectly charging me for the regular one. This blunder had placed my account in suspension, explaining the entire activation nightmare.

Matt's expertise, combined with his attentive and friendly approach, not only resolved the issue but also put my mind at ease. His customer-centric attitude and remarkable problem-solving skills truly set him apart. I am beyond grateful for his assistance and the efficient manner in which he tackled the situation.

In light of this experience, I can confidently say that Matt is an asset to the Tyler branch and deserves all the recognition he can get. We decided to add 2 new wireless lines. We were also informed about the newest promotions for first responders/frontliners.
Hadi showed to us all our possible options.
There was also a trade in value with (2) iphone 6s for $350 each unit. The first responders has also an option to pair an iWatch with your new Iphone (no cost, just pay for taxes) got some phone accessories for IP12pro case.Everything went smoothly in about 2.5hrs.

I went back the next day and decided to exchange the phone case. Melissa (store manager) entertained my concern and has given me a better phone case for IP12pro.

We recommend Melissa and Hadi of AT&T Tyler Mall branch if you are coming in for the first time. Keep it coming guys👏👏👏

I recently had a bad experience @ a location in Rancho, so I stopped by the Riverside store(2520 Tyler street). I was told by a friend that the staff was amazing. I was met by Jonah & Matt, both eager to help me. Both were great & both assisted me in my complicated situation. Then the manager Ashley came by & also wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. There is so much to say here, but the main thing is that this was the by far the best store that I have ever been in. The customer service was top notch. AT & T should take note & send trainees to observe the staff here. They actually care here & are not aggressive like your typical salesperson. I am usually disgusted with the pushy staff @otherstores, but not here 😑
