I honestly just went by to window shop, because it is very close to my workplace, so I can find a juice this upcoming week. The salesperson was not pushy at all and very welcoming and gave me very good recommendations. He was very honest about the product and prices. Its not often you find people who look out for the customer's best interest, over a sale. Its places like this that will make me become a loyal customer and pay a dollar more if I need to because in the end I will be satisfied with my purchase and well taken care of.

2nd visit to Vape Kastle. I had purchased a defective disposable vape and had to return it. Chris (the owner) was awesome! He made it right for me. Not many vape stores stand behind purchase issues, but Vape Kastle did! Both times I went in, I had super nice experiences. The store is really clean and organized. Professional AND friendly (a much needed combination for a successful store!) Prices are comparable to other stores, so I am making this my new go-to place thanks to Chris's attitude and awesome customer service. Thank you Chris!!

Good location, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Answered all my questions and concerns I had with their product. They took the time to help me with everything and didn't make me feel like I was being rushed, so they could help the next customer. Very inviting atmosphere.

Great prices! and basically the only vape shop open as early as this place is. only issue for me was they really didn’t have a big inventory at all. the shelves seemed very bare
