Spacious store, with many products having discounts and on sale on our last visit. They also have added items for Halloween decorations.

I went in the day before Christmas, early in the morning. I needed frames for some art and they had a great deal. Buy one and get 2 for free. Sweet!

My most valuable collectibles purchased from the Fanime convention in San Jose each year, come here to Michael's and get custom framed by Katie (or Katy, I honestly didn't get the spelling just the pronunciation).

She has SUPERB customer service, finding all sorts of ways to suggest how to get cheaper prices, what she can do as a custom frame manager and she has a RARE TRUE ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Just yesterday she was putting in my order for 2 frames, 1 inlayed into the other to add to the flare of the art piece, and she noticed that the offset wasn't accounted for in the frames, so she re-measured and added padding to the dimensions of the frames she ordered from the Michael's catalog. I wouldn't have known, but certainly would've not liked a noticeable chunk of the art piece's borders to be crept in by the frame.

You absolutely must come here if you're able to and get an affordable framing experience AND supreme customer service.

Loved this creative store for almost all age group. Got to experience great hospitality by the counter staff.

Associates are helpful. We were able to find what we need right away. They also help us search at other branches if they don't have it on stock. Just a bit pricey versus online stores but we appreciate seeing the real thing before buying.

Wonderful staff that always knows where everything is located. I was looking for the enamel paint used on scaled models of cars. The sales person took me right to the specific. I would have never guessed it wasn't in the regular paint supplies isle.

Clean well stocked store. They have lots of sales as of today 11/12/21 even some holiday stuff is already on sale. Looks like they were short staffed but it was also a Thursday evening so not sure how busy they are usually

Very well organized which makes it easy to find whatever you need for every hobby. Great options price wise. You can find reasonably priced items if you're just starting out on a project/hobby and higher end products for pros as well.

Michael's (Homestead) Photo Framing department is simply outstanding in terms of their Customer Service. I go there sometimes for custom framing pictures. On different occasions, Glory and Katie (manager) in that department helped me out with the frames, matte and so on. They are the epitome of exceptionally good customer service. They are courteous, patient, knowledgable and make you feel that they are part of your team to do this mini project of framing a picture very successful. I am very glad to meet these two great professionals who demonstrate time and again how to exceed a customer's expectation and consistently.

I can always spend hours or even a day at Michael’s. They have everything varied from home decorations, to art supplies, fabrics and even to home organizers. The customer service is great 😊 They help you find what you are looking for in the store or in their inventory.

Just love this store! If you're a DIY or craft enthusiast, this is the place for you! They have everything from faux florals to aisles of art supplies and office stationary. Michaels may not be the best place for fabric related project supplies though. I went here 5 days before Christmas and every Christmas decor was available at 70 percent off. Pretty great collection as well.

I love coming into the store. Today I was here with a friend and we went up and down all of the rose of every section and it was wonderful. I wound up going back to very next day to buy something I had seen and still wanted. My only complaint is sometimes the line can get very long at the cash registers.
