This location was great. The workers were very professional, the store was neat and clean, and I was treated as a valued customer. These three points means a lot to me! They deserve more stores! This will be my location from now on!

I went in at the last min. trying to get funeral programs printed. Russell, the associate working in print works helped me out tremendously and was very patient and understanding. I was very pressed for time, being that the programs did not print correctly the night before. I am so glad I came here. I am always satisfied with the customer service here. This is the only store in this area that I love coming to. Thank you Office Depot!

I had the pleasure of working with Russell today. I’m an architecture student & I sadly messed my project up. Russell took his time to make sure everything was right as far as paper texture, thickness, etc. went. He saved my project & for that, I will shop with him every single time. Thank you so much, Russell. Give that man a raise!

Office Depot on Poplar is well stocked and the customer service is excellent. The Manager Cheryl is awesome.

I was able to find what I wanted (printer ink) quickly and easily. Trying to find it elsewhere is nearly impossible because I have an older printer. The store was clean and tidy, and the young man who waited on me was quite helpful when I asked him a couple of questions. I will continue to shop here.

Excellent customer service plus a clean and organized store. We love the East Memphis/Poplar location.

The store is user friendly. There are fewer people working so you have to navigate through the store on your own. Those who are there are helpful and will answer questions.

I always check office depot first bc they have such a large inventory and I can always find what I need.

I had a print and bound project. The girl was so helpful and finished the project earlier than expected. She was great 😍

I was able to get everything that I needed right away.

The printing shop agent (Hunter) was extremely helpful going above and beyond to help me in making sure my print job was completed in record timing. The online ordering system stated they couldn’t complete my order until 2 days away. I needed it by tomorrow. When I called and explained, he gave me another option that he could offer. It was perfect! Ultimately I was able to get what I needed done in only ab hour and a half. I know everyone is short staffed right now so it was very encouraging to get extra help!

I needed to use the self print and copy service. To my surprise we did not have any issues like in other stores,. The equipment was clean and well care.
Although we didn’t need anything besides printing some documents, walked around the store just to see what they have that we might need later. You can tell they really take care of the store. Everything was well organized and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will come back here if I’m in the area.

Small quiet store - it’s is crowded but well stocked

The self print option helped me to generate addition POS materials for my business trip. As well, I was running low on business cards. I was able to place an order for just 50 cards on line, to hold me over until I returned home. I picked them up early the next day. I was able to complete my sales trip successfully!

Russell is the best employee yall have, promote him expeditiously. He was very helpful and extremely kind.

Visited the store the other day, thought my mission would be an easy task turns out it took over an hour and my customer service was excellent!!
