Hilton Memphis

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel for a few nights in February. The staff were exceptional! Natasha at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Each morning I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the dining room and the grits were out of this world!! Ms. Pat would greet me and bring a hot cup of coffee. I truly looked forward to seeing her each morning, as she was so amiable and cheerful - she truly brightened my day! Mona was also so kind and lovely. The room I stayed in was spotless and cleaned to perfection. The housekeeping staff is doing an outstanding job! The hotel was beautiful, peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend the Hilton Memphis, and look forward to staying here again!

Located right off the E way is the cylinder Hilton! The lobby is spacious and gorgeous. Ive attended the Hilton Memphis for work and personal visits and I can easily say it delivers high on both accords! The meetings rooms are always spacious for the 50 people in my company. My only desire is that Hilton Memphis has a hottub instead of a whirl pool.

Natasha at the front desk was extremely helpful! I was in town for work and will definitely be using this hotel for future trips. Natasha was more than willing to help resolve an issue with a 3rd party booking. Overall great stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff!

I haven’t even checked out of this hotel yet, and I just had to come give the credit where it was due. Their service is top of the line folks like “Ava” and “Cindy” at the front desk were so accommodating. They actually service you with a SMILE! (Which can be so rare these days). Rooms were generally in good conditions. It’s a nicer hotel with high floors and a wonderful lobby bar space. Would def stay here again when traveling for business.

Very nice hotel. One of our rooms, the a/c/heater was broke and in the other room the toilet leaked on the floor, a slow drip. We didn't say anything because we didn't want to move rooms, it was late and we were not going to spend much time in the rooms throughout our stay. I will go back to this hotel.

Natasha at the front desk gives service with a smile. She was very helpful with booking a room. The rooms here are always clean and smell fresh. The location is good but could be a little closer to downtown.

It's an older hotel but still nice and the staff were very attentive. Cute from the rooms are nice with a little pond at the bottom. They have a Starbucks inside and a place to buy snacks.

I came here for a staycation and I’ve been here in the past a few years ago, my experience has been wonderful everytime I come here. Everyone shows hospitality and great customer service. I had breakfast each day I was here and Ms.Pat was the best! She kept checking on us making sure we had what we needed. She’s very personable and kept a smile on her face. I’d keep coming back just for her!

This by far is the best hotel in Memphis (besides the historic Peabody). Great location, beautiful lobby, large and clean room.
It was a business trip and I invited 5 other peers to stay at this location and everyone was pleased with their stay!

Quick stop here while on our road trip. Needed a place to stop and sleep between Branson, Missouri and Birmingham, Alabama and I will always choose a Hilton hotel when possible. We arrived late in the evening, the receptionist gave us a goody bag with cookies, water bottles and chips which was very nice. The room was clean, the breakfast the next morning was tasty and the gal who took care of us was so sweet. We hung out in the lobby for a bit, their lobby area is beautiful.

Seriously some of the best public areas in a hotel that I’ve seen in a while. Lobby, pool, front desk, seating areas, the grounds were all stunning.

Bartender, younger lady, was awesome! She took great care of us last night.

Food was awesome, drinks were great. The rooms had good views, although were a bit dated.

Great stay! Tell the GM congrats from me-they are clearly running a well oiled operation.

What a lovely experience!
Rooms were clean. Bed was like sleeping in a cloud.
Conference facilities ran smoothly and efficiently, food was fantastic.

My stay at the Hilton was exceptional! The service was professional without any hiccups.

The only suggestion I have is the cost of the rooms and banquet plates were high. Also, for the cost that we pay, free breakfast should be included.

Other than that, I enjoyed my stay!

This is one of the best hotels in Memphis for a number of reasons. Being centrally located is a big deal. They have a huge reception hall, so big group meetings are very easy. The staff can handle very large catering projects and table setups. The lobby is full of seating with charging areas and WiFi, so the business crowd can get a lot done. Having a Starbucks inside, along with a balcony and outdoor seating is also very inviting. I haven’t stayed in a room here before, but having attended several business meetings and galas, I can say this place is set up to entertain big groups.

This is a great hotel, they have good food and super customer service. I hope to take my mother there for a weekend getaway. Again, book book book!!!!!

Wonderful experience. From the ladiesbrunning bar to the breakfast sandwichs at the coffee shop in the lobby. If you want a great weekend stay come here.

Staff at front desk and bar were incredible. Room was extremely clean. Very big pool compared to most hotels. Treadmill had a multitude of functions that I loved.

Absolute number 1 thing I loved about this hotel: Anytime I went out to my car, there was a security guard patrolling the lot in a vehicle.

I was in town for a car show and I previously stayed at this particular Hilton before I retired from Enterprise Rent A Car as an area manager. We would often come here during our business conferences because of the prime location, superior staff, and room tidiness.

But this time with the trip being strictly for leisure and the hopes of winning best of show at the car show that we were here for, I chose to stay here again. This hotel staying was by far absolutely phenomenal! All of the credit goes to Natasha.

Natasha was the customer representative who greeted me at the front desk during check-in. I enjoyed the hotel so much that I decided to stay one extra day and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied! And she did all this with them being sold out online and since they were sold out I had to change rooms but she made sure that there was absolutely no inconvenience to me whatsoever!

I changed rooms and everything was even better, like the view. My initial room was on the third floor and since I decided to stay an extra day, she worked her magic and my second room ended up being on the 15th floor and the view was breathtaking. The view of the city was spectacular and without Natasha, none of these minor miracles would have happened.
I cannot thank her enough for her customer service and kindness. She was truly phenomenal. I will be back and I will be asking for her when I check in. Thank you Hilton, and a major, much deserved,THANK YOU to Natasha for such a wonderful job well done!!!

The room had a peloton bike and it's very own work out station equipped with weights and bands and a pull up bar😱😱😱🤯!! Really cool. Did not have to leave room for my workout!!! Clean room. High floor.... great view. Breakfast buffet was good. The gazebo and the outdoor fountain is beautiful. Only disappointment was there were no room upgrades available for me as a Diamond member. Highly Recommended.
