Embassy Suites by Hilton Memphis

Amazing staff!!! Everyone was so friendly! Kristin and Antoine took the best care of us at the front desk and went above and beyond to help us while experiencing a family emergency. Highly recommend if you need a comfortable place to stay while visiting Memphis. Breakfast was delicious!

Hotel is very nice even with renovations going on. There is an evening reception where you can enjoy 2 complimentary drinks..wine or beer. They only offer chips and packaged cookies at the reception which was disappointing. but it's free. Breakfast is included each morning and yiu can get made to order eggs. The location is great too. Will stay here again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Embassy Suites, and I must say that Stephanie's exceptional service truly made my stay memorable. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to address the issues I had with a friendly and accommodating attitude. Her professionalism and willingness to assist were truly remarkable. Stephanie's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel at home, and her dedication to ensuring my stay was comfortable was evident throughout. I can't thank her enough for making my experience at Embassy Suites outstanding. Stephanie is a true asset to the hotel, and I highly recommend her exceptional service to all guests.

Had an extended stay. Their turn over rate is crazy. They always have groups of people here for different events and conferences, (kid friendly on the weekends) Inside pool and hot tub. The gym could use a upgrade but its still usable. Im mainly obsessed over the continental breakfast, you must get the omelet which are made to order. The downside is that parking is horrible, you may have to park on the street if you don't get back to the hotel by night fall.. But My car was parked when someone bagged into it Infront of the hotel. Due to they don't get info of guest cars, they don't know who car is who, and its a private lot,so they didn't call the police nor did the person.not even an hotel incident report was done. The staff let the person leave a note and check out.

Stayed here for 2 nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday week. Hotel is under renovation, keep that in mind, so I really cant say much about the curb appeal as they are doing something about it. However a few things as they are under remodel, limited parking if you arrive after 5pm, one elevator working though I did see people using the ones that had signs on it saying for employees and construction staff only. Our room was clean as it could be. Yes, outdated and worn carpet but looks to be changing soon. Be advised it is an ES so the foyer noise can be much if you are not used to this kind of hotel. For me, really not an issue. But the staff was super nice and helpful which is a plus for me. We didnt do the breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

Julie at the front Desk was nice but could've been more welcoming.

I missed my complimentary breakfast by 5 minutes but Betty at the cafeteria was very understanding and took initiative to accommodate a plate for me. Very remarkable for her to go the extra mile. Thanks again Betty and Anita.

Outstanding stay at the Embassy Suites @ Memphis East. I Absolutely Loved my 4 days/3 nights stay!!! I can truly appreciate the Security presence at night protecting vehicles parked on properly. The hotel staff were Friendly, Courteous & acknowledging of my Hilton Honors membership! Thank you for the excellent Customer Service provided! I will certainly ensure my Future travels to Memphis allow for me to stay at this hotel! Thumbs Up!

Rooms are showing their age and so are other parts of the hotel, but the bones are good. Rooms are clean and the staff does a great job keeping them that way. They have a buffet and cook to order breakfast and the two chefs make great egg dishes. The evening reception is nice, good variety of drinks, note no alcoholic drinks Fri. thru Sun. just beer and wine. They Also have non alcoholic drinks and snacks. I wish the onsite restaurant was better integrated as I called them twice for takeout and they never answered the phone, so went elsewhere. Can't say it is quite here as you can hear people yelling in the lobby, kids running up and down the hallway, you can even hear people just talking as they walk by, but can't hear anything from the bedroom.

Extremely clean and well maintained. Pool and weight room accessible and also well maintained. Extensive open areas with seating that can accommodate small or large groups. Breakfast was excellent- one of the best I've experienced, with full omelet kitchen (not just a little niche griddle) in addition to variety of well supplied breakfast standards. The pop machine is a nice addition for those of us who want caffeine but don't drink coffee.

I’m not sure why the reviews are so bad here. We had an excellent stay. Our room was 311. Everything was clean and orderly. Front desk staff was pleasant. All the staff would greet with a good morning during breakfast time. Or good evening if we were just walking thru the hotel. We did need additional drying towels but I just went to the front desk and asked and she was able to provide them without issue. I have no complaints my stay was equal to any other Embassy that I have stayed at. My only suggestion would be use a higher watt bulb in the rooms because even with the lights on it seemed a bit gloomy to us. But that wouldn’t keep me from ever booking again.

Nice hotel and perfect location to get aroumd Memphis. The best part of my recent stay was the entire hotel team - the nicest and most professional team members. There was some crazy people staying that weekend, but the team kept their cool - it was impressive. I would love to see the hotel redesign the breakfast area to expand the cooking section. Both the buffet and custom order is all in the same place. It would benefit the customers and emolyees to have those separate or a larger space.

Not what I expected from Embassy Suites and at the price I paid. The carpet and sofa were worn and lots of dirty spots. Wallpaper was stained and molding in bathroom was coming apart. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Thankfully it was only for one night. Needs better management and upgrading and a better cleaning service. Just Don’t stay here!!

Newly renovated. Gorgeous, clean rooms. Breakfast is always incredible!

Undergoing renovation and I like what they are doing. Feels modern and new and I will stay again when in the area.

You can tell this is an older Embassy Suites. The rooms were musty smelling but were still okay. They really don't acknowledge diamond members. We had to point it out and ask for the free snacks they offer. I'm happy to say the managers reception was awesome as always. Hats off to Robert, the bartender. Tell him hi and contribute to his to jar. He's so nice and friendly. And don't forget about the breakfast bar. It was awesome. The cooks were so nice, too.

We enjoyed our stay there. Wish they had better room possibly for handicap people but very pleased i could even get a last minute room. Swimming pool was very nice!! lack of towels wasn’t

These guys really went above and beyond from Mr. George who checked us in, to housekeeping, to the guys that prepare breakfast. 10 out of 10 I really appreciate those guys. When I come back down that's where I'm staying.

Was an older hotel but nice and clean. Wish I could say the same for the rest of Memphis.
