Purchased my daughter's first car from Principle this month. Found a great car at a great price here. Cassi H took the best care of us that I have ever had from a car salesperson! No pressure, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was as quick and easy as it could possibly be! She even managed to handle credit union paperwork issues like the pro she is. Would recommend Principle and Cassi to anyone!

Cassidy is amazing!! She was ready to spend however long it took to get me in a car that I was happy with! Came to Memphis to check out the Rav4 and decided i loved it and bought it with the special help of Cassi my sales associate. I normally don't write reviews, but I absolutely had to after purchasing a vehicle from Principle Toyota. I worked with a sales associate named Kelly Fast and she was amazing. Kelly did everything in her power to secure the lowest price possible for me. She was very knowledgeable and had unwavering patience. I live in Arkansas and was unable to bring the vehicle home on the day of purchase. I was disappointed at first then Kelly Fast offered to personally deliver the vehicle to Arkansas, that is multiple hours away! I have never experienced such a premium quality of customer service. If you are in the market for a vehicle, GO TO PRINCIPLE TOYOTA AND REQUEST KELLY FAST!

All previous issues have been resolved. This provides comfort and dependability moving forward when I need future maintenance for my Toyota vehicle.

I have to publicly share the experience I've had at this car dealership. If you or a loved one is considering buying a car, especially a used one, I would recommend this place to anyone. I was looking for cars within my budget using Car Guru when a 2017 Ford explorer caught my eye. When I inquired about this potential new vehicle associates got back to me within the hour with an email full of all specifications and attachments.

I was nervous driving up to test drive the car, seeing as it was my first time buying a car from a dealership let alone one from this decade. Once I arrived Mr. Soni quickly alleviated any stress on my part. He was upfront and honest and I trusted that he was looking out for my well being. I'm 23 years old so my parents were with me for such a big first time purchase; Mr.Soni helped not only me, but my parents navigate this new territory. He told them what decisions I needed to make by myself without overstepping any boundaries on his part. I assumed this review would stop after I drove my new car home, but as with all good things there's always a little more.

I got my new car home and I just couldn't get the sunroof to close. I was devastated; I had just bought this brand new car with no warranty whatsoever. I called the dealership knowing that any liability was on me and if they wanted to screw me over they most certainly could have. I was so relieved to hear Mr. Soni tell me to come back and ask for "Big John". Mr John informed me and my father that he has worked for this company for a long time and just like the name they do have principles. So I left my car with him for the afternoon and not only did he figure out how to operate this foreign technology for me and educate me. He also took the liberty of detailing my car AGAIN the very next day.

I know this is a long review, however I'm trying to share me experience with this dealership to let everyone know that they will do the right thing. My number one concern was some shady seedy cars salesman only worried about numbers and the bottom line and I didnt find anything like that here. They will look out for you and your loved ones best interest. Most importantly they will make sure your happy with anything bought off of their lot. You couldn't ask for a better place to make a purchase from. Definitely stop buy if you're in the market for a new car that will be taken care of.
