Kroger

This store doesn’t have the best selection of produce or a variety of items to choose from as far as seasonings. However, they have Sherri in self check out. Sherri is very kind and patient. I only come to this location on my way home from work and if she is in self check out, I know if the line will move faster.

Beautiful! Cashier was great and the young lady sacking grocery help me put my groceries on the belt. I enjoy going to that store. Nobody hanging around outside when you come out.

This location is my favorite grocery store. Nice area, and friendly environment. The store is clean and well organized. Fresh produces. Quality cut meats. A variety of products to choose from.

All the items restocked after snow storm. Staff friendly, the parking lot and sidewalk cleared and safe to ride and walk and carry packages to car.

I like Kroger, I know where the things I need are. I get them and get out. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

There are actually 2 near our home. The one on Truse Pkwy. is the closest. We know most of the employees there. All of them have always been very friendly & accommodating. I don't have any photos of Kroger at either locations, but I can tell you what is next door to them. Sorry, but I was asleep. I just woke up to be excused. Can we please continue this around 10:00a.m. in the morning. I can't need my sleep. I don't think this is normal for any type of phone service to do this. Do you?

Amazing staff! Always friendly, eager to help with any needs. They typically go above & beyond the call of duty. The shelves are kept stocked. Lots of organic selections. The store is clean & bright. Ample parking, easy to get in & out of. This location also has a gas station on the property, which is a bonus!

Went to the pharmacy first to pick up a prescription. Two ladies there were super nice and helpful! Mattheo was in the store working with the shopping carts. Always get a big hug, smile and conversation from him. At the checkout line was Tamika. She is always smiling and we got a big hug from her. The folks at the Kroger at Truse Parkway are like family. That's why I shop there 3 or 4 times a week.

Great friendly staff. Always willing to help. Pharmacy staff are kind and helpful. Check out folk are fast and very accurate. Meat department folk are very nice and helpful. My favorite store!!

3 workers that saw me asked if I was finding everything that I needed. 2 of them Did help me. All 3 were cheerful & helpful. The cashier asked if 1 thing I got was a freebie item, I said I hope so. She said it was the wrong size & she was close 2 it & got it for me. That was very sweet. So 4 people 2day went out of their way 2 be helpful. It was a very nice. That is why I like this Kroger. It was raining, I looked @ my receipt in the car. I did not get any of my discounts that my phone said were on my card. I should've had a big savings. I used my alt # instead of my card. They must not be hooked together in the computer. I would appreciate this being corrected. Thank-you P.S. The next week I found out that using my card works for the discounts bcuz I used it Nstead of my alternate number. So I got all of my discounts. Yea, Kroger.

This is one of my top favorite Kroger stores. The store is small intimate & personable. The staff is friendly, every one speaks to you and is eager to help. On occasion I run into a rude customer and that is no big deal. The Kroger team is what keeps me coming back.

I regularly go to this Kroger for groceries and the pharmacy. Yesterday it was raining and I had to take my 3 small children shopping with me. The associates at the store helped me get my children in their car seats and the groceries in my car! They really went above and beyond. Great place to shop!

I want to commend Miss Ann seasoned cashier who went above & beyond on Friday 6-29 to assist me. She referred my problem to her manager and was able to complete the sale and retain me as a loyal Kroger customer. I left with the Smithfield ham I wanted and will continue to shop here.I may never go back to Poplar Plaza or Mendenhal stores. Poor service loses customers. Hats off Miss Ann and thanks again.

I really enjoyed my visit today. I purchased items with the deli department. Ms Valerie had perfect customer service. She was knowledgeable and very curteous and respectful.

This Kroger has a great selection of foods. An impressive amount of international foods and spices for a Kroger. They like to change up the fresh produce selection some and try offering exotic options every now and then. All your necessities will be there as well.

I think I like this Kroger better than the one close by on Mendenhall. It was easy to navigate. Everything seems to be where it should be and the employee staff is extremely friendly. I liked that I could get in and out of here quickly too.
