Circle K

I am surprised to see this low rating after the friendly experience I had today. My oil light was going crazy and I ran in somewhat panicked and was met with the friendliest cashier attendant I have ever met in the city of Memphis. She offered help finding the product and even offered to assist if I had trouble thereafter. What a ray of sunshine! It brightened my day all together.

Associates very friendly

I came for ice only that's it bc this store is just too high pricey for anything else and it charges for ice now and refills but I love ice and the cups that keeps my water cool 😎

Sometimes it works.

First the only reason I give such a horrible rating is because of the customer service received by the older lady Martha or Michellle whatever her name was. She is extremely rude and if you are African American do not ponder while making a selection or she will assume you are stealing. The manager of the store is absolutely amazing I pray He gets better help because the front end of the store has poor unsatisfactory customer service. She definitely doesn’t enjoy her job!!! It will not help to attempt to communicate with her about her poor service She will only be hostile!! Just sad keep driving if you in search of great customer service unless your blessed to have the manager ring you out because his help refused!!!

Older lady at the register too rude. Definitly should not be working in cuatomer service. Showed her 2 proofs of picture ID and my name on my SSC for a cigar and she refused to scan either one after telling me both my driver license and carry permit were fake. Another customer came up and told me she acts that way every day. Definitly puts a bad look on Circle K.

The cashier there is rude as hell and needs to learn how to tell time because apparently 30 minutes is 2 hours I just was rude to me after I just paid for gas and cigarettes

If I could leave zero stars I would. The worker by the name of Michelle makes it unbelievably uncomfortable to want to ever shop or get gas there ever again. She is prejudice, rude, and highly unprofessional. How she acquired that shop is beyond me. She judges customers as soon as they step foot in the door. I will never for the life of me go back to this gas station. If you want to be treated poorly by all means go to this location. I tried calling the store 10 to report Michelle to her manager. No one ever came to the phone. She is bad look for that location.

The car wash was broken but not shut down still allowing people to pay but when it didn't work and I went inside to ask the clerk for a refund or a new code I was met w a short rude and abrupt "cant help you" . I asked why did it take my money if its broken and she said IDK I can't help you . Now in an even more and rude manor . Wasnt until I pressed her and said I'll just call the cops to resolve this did she finially said that I would have to come back in the morning to talk to the manager . I've been coming to this store for year and in the past few it has become worse and worse w the attitudes of the employees . So w that stated Im not sure that w the state if thier equipment and employees that this is a safe and reliable establishment . Consumers beware .

Literally every night, no-one is inside but outside kicking it in the parking lot. Like, I thought this was a store not the club. But yet there are people locked inside ignoring the customer trying to spend money there. Bp will gladly take my money .

WORST gas station in Memphis. By far. Never open as advertised even with 3 people inside and window service available. Must be a front

Literally the worst gas station.

There were 3 of us lined up outside the store at 18:33 on june 9th. The doors were locked and I tried calling the store. Surprise no one answered and you can't leave a voicemail. I will be in touch with their management because there is no excuse for the store to not be open.

Very very very rude who ever the guy was behind the counter plus they do not id everyone they pick and choose who to id they are sexist and the manager does not know how to speak to customers i was talking very politely and he was the rudest person I have ever know

They sneak in charges that you never asked for and then look at you crazy when you ask for a refund.

Small store. No selection. Has sign for fountain drinks but does not have a fountain.

Nasty don't Go here for Coffee. Hope I don't get Sick
