I would like to complement the professional store manager and staff. I've been shopping Chico I believe over 15years I have over 4 locations to shop near me but this store by far meets all my expectations and more. The staff is always welcoming, while I'm in the store they always remember their customers name and greets always with a warm smile before covid but the welcoming voices are great to hear. I highly recommend the Waldorf store in Maryland its very inviting and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the products in the store.

I visited Chico's today to purchase a mother's day gift for my wife. I have not visited this location in quite a while but. the staff is still very helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise. The sales associate saw that I was having difficulty and helped me find a nice outfit for my wife. As a result after seeing what I purchased for her, my wife was very pleased.

The clothes are of great quality and the staff are always very friendly. Prices are a more than what I normally like to spent but they have sales and email/mail discounts often.
