The UPS Store

We have been using this UPS store location since our previously location closed. Every staff member at this location is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with any questions or issues we may come across locating or sending packages. With our company, we are at UPS almost daily and could not be more pleased with the service this location provides. Mason and Abraham were the most recent staff members we worked with, but everyone at that location is excellent! **Even if there is a long line, they are quick and efficient and get everything taken care of without error.

I visited UPS store #6691 for the first time yesterday. What a pleasant experience! I am disabled and use the DART paratransit system for transportation. The manager, Matt, met me at the door, opened the door for me and made sure I was comfortable while he very expertly handled my business. I didn’t know how long it would take to handle my business, so I scheduled my return trip on DART to allow me an hour in the store. I had two packages to return, one a “Happy Return” and the other by mail. I handed Matt my packages and showed him my QR code. In about 60 seconds he thanked me and told me I was finished. Wow! I explained that I would need to sit on my walker in the store for about an hour while I waited for the DART taxi to pick me up. Matt said that since I lived in the neighborhood, he could give me a ride home! What a generous gesture. I accepted his offer and in 5 minutes I was home.

I can’t say enough about store #6691 located at 2024 W. 15th street in Plano. Not only is the customer service great, but it is a very clean and well-organized store with so many services available from shipping, mailing, printing and many other services. It is a one-stop-shop for so many of your needs. The other employee I observed was also politely and efficiently helping customers.

Needles to say, I had a very good experience!

The entire staff at this store has the best costumer service and prices! I was in Plano helping my elderly father pack up a lot of my mom‘s things, especially clothes after her death. I was feeling overwhelmed and the staff made sure in each visit to help me tape my banker boxes completely to ensure the clothes were protected from the elements while shipping. And they always worked with me to get me the best price. Over the course of a few weeks, I shipped about 10 plus boxes of clothes etc back home to were I live in Minnesota. They always offered to assist me with carrying in boxes from my car. Then I had to leave town without getting a chance to ship three boxes I left in my father’s car. He uses a walker and bringing the boxes into the store would be very difficult for him. I called the store and explained the situation. When my dad pulled up to the UPS store A staff member immediately came out and carried in the boxes for him no questions asked. I appreciate their kindness, patience , friendliness, efficiency and overall exemplary customer service! And the price to ship each box was at least $10-$15 cheaper than what I previously paid at a different shipping store in Plano!. They took great care in packing and shipping my mother’s delicate jewelry music box for me. And many times I would show up 10 minutes before closing time. They made an emotional and overwhelming time for me so much easier and I’m so appreciative!

An outstanding business with excellent customer service. I first started coming here when my local UPS closed in central Plano. Almost every morning I visit, I am helped by Anum, who is always super friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about this location. I wish I would have started coming to this location sooner!

Went to store yesterday. It was a very busy day for them due to lot of return packages (End of Amazon Prime-day week). Literally there was a queue till outside. Yet they greeted customers with a open smile and treated them as quick as they can. Kudos to Ben & other guy with long hair (didn’t notice his name).

Erica helped me out on this snowy day. Although store was already owed she opened the door and took the package for me. When the label didn't read she even printed it out for me! Very nice lady. Would highly recommend this store!! Thanks Erica!!

This location is terrific. One of the most helpful, efficient, and fun trips to UPS I've ever had. John Michael rocked it. I came in not even wanting to ship anything...I just needed a box that was the right size for a gift I wanted to wrap and hand deliver. John Michael measured my item and cut me the PERFECT box. It fit even better than I imagined in my mind! Next time I need to ship something I will definitely be coming back to this location. They are so helpful and knowledgeable.

I have a mailbox here and my experience with this location is highly positive. The owner and staff are courteous and attentive, and I actually do get an email every time I receive a package (which is very often for me!) and it includes the carrier and tracking number, which is key for me so I can identify it. They also stay open really late for a UPS Store, 2-3 hours later than most UPS Store locations. This is the best UPS Store I’ve used and I’ve had boxes at two others in years past.

They are always with a hello and a smile even on busy days and they know my name as I come in for the business I take care of. Excellent staff even when I need something done when I'm out and about, I prefer to go back to them to handle my business. I like the familiarity and consistency of the storefront. Great team!

Arum was fantastic - I had a large lot of Amazon returns and she was very patient. Helped get everything labeled correctly.

Thanks to The very dedicated and professional UPS employees at 2024 West15th St. in Plano who help me several times a week with mailing! They are the best! They take care of a busy customer load with courteous attention. It would be good to have this kind of help in every business. Unfortunately that is rare.

I have been using this UPS store for 2 years and every time I walk in i’m Greeted with a smile. The owner and her employees are equally friendly and respectful. I have observed this treatment to all customers. When shipping a package they always ask when you need to get it to the destination to make sure you don’t overpay.
I recommend this store to everyone I know.
