Took my mother there today to get her some new shoes. They were short staffed today but still provided excellent service. Couldn’t find the shoes we were looking for on the floor so we were just going to order them online, the gentleman at the cashier found us a pair in the back.

A hectic Black Friday 2023, Manager Tiffany went out of her way to help us. Tiffany was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and just a delight to be around. We'll be back! ❤ to Tiffany! We got our Slip-Ins!

I was so shocked at how amazing the customer service was. I wrote this review in the parking lot after leaving the store. Best customer service ever !! Will definitely be telling everyone to come here for shoes.

I am super picky with the shoes l get l got like a list of requirements when I go to buy shoes. Yesterday I was looking athletic shoes that
1-slip-ons that don’t come off on their own when l jump
2-plain black with white platform so I can match it with any leggings/outfit
3-shoe laces on them, but not really (only to tighten and to look like they are laced)
4- Chunky platform, but no too high (1-3 inches)
5- An specific price range
I was just trying my luck with this place we just relocated here (temporarily) I was so impressed that I am donating some of my time to leave this detailed review ☺👌🏽
The young man who helped me was extremely helpful and patient with me (I did tell you I am picky right) pointing me in the right direction to what I was looking for or even bring him things to me, and putting some of my “nays” away!
I found exactly what I needed, and broke into them, and what can I say! I wish I could get them on every color, but only got so much room in my luggage 🤷🏻‍♀ lol
Anyhow, if you like Skechers go there! 😊👌🏽

As soon as you enter Sketchers, the friendly staff welcomes you into the store. The store was quite large and also had a vast selection and variety of shoe styles at varying good prices to choose from. Prices were as low as $29 - $49 for a nice pair of running style shoes. If your kicks are looking a bit shabby, now is a perfect time drop by this Sketchers and grab a pair of new 👟 shoes for the 4th of July!

The manager Tiffany is Amazing, I went in to buy work shoes and she said you don't want these if your on your feet all day and showed me a pair that is amazing. My feet feel so much better. Thank you Tiffany, I highly recommend this store and the manager Tiffany. I appreciate all your help and knowledge and great customer service !!!!!

Aracely is awesome & one other gal even remembered helping me before. If you need some slip-resistant work shoes, give Skechers a try. I had a really bad heel spur & plantar fasciatis. My foot feels way better now. I am on my second pair as I work a lot & wore out the first pair.

The young lady (forgive me for not knowing her name) at the register was very helpful and even got an xtra 25% off

This skechers stores has a big selection of shoes. They also carry clothes as well. If your looking for a great place to shop hit this store. It's clean and had several customers. I highly recommend this store. help was courteous and helpful. Need shoes buy here.

Sales person wasn't helpful at all just stayed behind register, 🙄 😒, yep, spoke really fast, had to ask a few times what he said. Young people slow down, speaking

Skechers outlet store has the sneakers I wanted, and with 50% off the second pair, it was bonus for me. These sneakers are comfortable and well built. I wear them every day, all day and they last me for several years. Prior to finding secrets shoes, I would purchase nikes, and was lucky if they lasted more than a year. I've worn sketches for 3 years before getting a new pair. They are durable and comfortable. The memory foam keeps my feet comfortable all day. I've never found a better sneaker for my money.

It was fun with mom, we had a lady helping us and she was awesome wish I got her name....very friendly and helpful and very clean

I use a walker/wheelchair, the Isles were clear and wide. Excellent customer service. I live in Gilbert,AZ. I found the store warm as they had the door propped open.

We went to Skechers at Chandler yesterday. It was so good that they have so many varieties to choose from, however it was intimidating at the same time. As we approached a hard at work personnel by the name of Chrystal, she immediately dropped off what she was doing, and showed us one section of men's shoes after another and explained clearly the specifications of each. She also provided us Sketcher's online order informations in case we couldn't finding anything at the site. She was incredibly kind, courteous and very knowledgeable at her business. We are very impressed. A good place to shop for Skechers shoes..

Sales associate was very helpful, I needed to exchange my online order for a smaller size and fortunately they had the same shoe in stock. I haven't been in a shoe store since before quarantine and it was a pleasant experience.

Great store. Lots of selections. Good prices. Friendly staff. Got wife much needed new pair of functional, comfy and most importantly supportive walking shoes.

This place is great. I always get my sons shoes here. We don't have a lot of money, but these shoes are great quality and if you shop off the clearance rack you can get a better deal than what you'd find at a big box store. The best part for me is that it is super quick and convenient.

This Skechers store has had excellent employees. I appreciate the customer service I've received every time we have been in here. My son has wide feet and Skechers is one of the few brands that even has wide width options. They've become our go to shoe place.
