Staples

I visited this Staples to get business letters printed. The Manager, Kay Williams, went out of her way to accomodate me with competitive business pricing, as I have had an account with someone else. Her professional courtesy to me was so appreciated! She went further in helping me with labels as staff was busy with customers. It is this kind of customer service that separates Staples from the competition. I highly recommend!

Bill is amazing. Knowledge, helpful and pleasant. Breathe of fresh air. Highly recommend this Staples!

This store one of the best one that i like ... i would like to thanks Matt who is helped me with printing out my workshop for schools .. he is a professional and very smart and kind ,, many thanks for him and everyone in this store

Very welcoming staff.
Unfortunately, we had a family member pass away and I went here to to make the funeral programs.
Kay was so helpful and patient with my questions.
Bryn was so courteous and kind.
These employees went above and beyond during our difficult time.
I am very grateful for them and staples is a go to for me. I live out of state and have used Staples printing services for several things but this location will definitely be worth going to.

We just stopped in at Staples and were attended to by Zach in the printing dept and let me say he is the MOST KIND AND COURTEOUS PERSON WE'VE MET! He was patient, kind and attentive when assisting each person in line - both adequately as well as promptly and professionally. KUDOS TO THIS YOUNG MAN AND STAPLES FOR HAVING SUCH AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE ON THEIR TEAM!

Armando helped us with an office chair and mat. Very professional and kind, even brought the chair out to my truck for me. Nice guy!

This is the best staples I’ve been to. Their customer service has been amazing in the printing department. I had a gentleman named Jose (I think?) He helped me print out sticker labels for my baby shower. My pdf wasn’t lining up with the lables and Jose tried his best to fit them to frame. No joke he must have tried for a whole hour+. At some point I was content but he insistent he would try again. He eventually got it to fit perfect! I really appreciated his attention to detail and perfectionism.

A few weeks later I came back to print thank you cards and gentleman named Alec helped me out. He also went above and beyond with my printing needs. Thank you!

I just had my wedding posters printed here! Joe completed my service and gave me different options. He was so incredibly kind and very helpful. He even helped me put it in the frame. Thank you for your kindness, Joe! You have great customer service!

The Manager KAY WILLIAMS was extremely, EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, helpful and kind 👍, so was her assistant MATT . I went for a TSA pre check appointment, it was very quick and the employees were very friendly!!

This is my favorite Staples location. Their store is neat, well organized, well stocked, the staff are helpful and they have plexiglass in between each printer.

I have used their printing services many times because it’s only $0.15 per page and is self service and easy to use.

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety supplies they had, Adam and Enrique were extremely helpful in finding exactly what I needed and had expert opinions on the subject at hand. I will definitely be returning, and thoroughly enjoyed my experience shopping here.

Got a killer deal on a strong laptop here! If you are at all technical with your computer parts knowledge, stop in here to find the laptop you need! I looked at Best Buy and Walmart before and their laptop prices were outrageous and the systems were quite weak! Best Staples ever, I will always look here first for a new system later on down the road.

The photo/print team here is AWESOME! I have been to so many staples around the US for work and these guys make a huge difference in your Staples experience. They are talented, creative, driven and KIND. Thank you Staples at the Gilbert exit for all of your help with everything I had to print for our wedding ( posters, menus, games, photos). I hope all of you get promoted to manage the other staples in the area because they are not half way as great as you all are!

I am a faculty member in geology at the nearby community college. I have had the two young men and the one young lady who typically work in the copy/print center copy, scan, print etc numerous black and white and colored maps for me. They know their machines well and have always been friendly and courteous when trying to help me solve my particular print or copy issues.

Everybody is always so friendly and helpful at this location. HOWEVER, today I had the displeasure of dealing with a red haired girl behind the register... I can't remember her name because she was so forgettable. It starts with a C... Carlin or something weird.

Anyways, my biggest pet peeve is when employees of a business act annoyed when I'm at the register, as if me purchasing items doesn't keep their store open and pay their paycheck every month. If this was my first time to this store, her unpleasant demeanor would ensure that I never returned.

The rest of the employees of this store are awesome and I suggest that they get rid of the weakest link or give her a serious attitude adjustment before she scares away potential customers.
