This location is always clean and neat when I come in. The staff is always friendly, too! Tonight when I stopped in, our cashier Monica was amazing and very sweet! She made our night.

I love this store. So many choices and unique items to choose from. I especially like that there are food items; preserves, fine chocolates, fancy delicacies. This is the first store in which I can simply "window shop " and just smile because the stuff is so much fun!!!

I Love this Ross!! I had to do some returns and we all know that can be such a pain especially if you have a mountain to return. Marissa and the floor Manager Dominique made me feel so good about the return. They apologized too me for taking a long time and I brought the load in. BEST ROSS EVER!!🤗🤗

I love all the Ross stores they have excellent prices and I always find things I like to wear. I seem to always find stuff for other people also. I really enjoyed the Gilbert store is very clean and neat and the associates were very nice when checking out.

Being a mom of 4 little ones I never get to go shopping. But when I get that chance for my birthday, I always spend over a hundred for clothing at Ross but I always walk away with a cart full of clothes. I love it!! Best place ever for cute inexpensive clothes!

This Ross is fantastic! I always find clothes I love here but I also found all sorts of cute things for my new apartment here (which is hard cause I'm kind of picky) and this is pretty much always where I go first to find gifts for friends. Great prices, friendly service, clean store. I took off because I always seem to get stuck in long lines but really, I do suggest checking this store out! :D

I love Ross! The store on Gilbert Road was a very pleasant shopping experience! The clerk who waited on me was so nice! I always find the nicest blouses there as well, and for a great price!

Clean, safe parking, stock is lower than usual but i have noticed this at other Ross locations. Maybe due to Covid ? Staff courteous, sanitized carts and kept track on number of customers in store for distancing.

Many wonderful choices in the shoe department, clothing department, households, it was so much fun shopping❤❤❤❤ we were there in the evening two hours before close on a Monday 3/28 wonderful employees cleaning the store and being very sweet to us helping us!

It is a good place to buy some good stuff. They also have very good prices for a lot of stuff that you are looking for like clothes, shoes, decor, and more. They have very good customer services with good staff. One of the better ross that I been to. They are very good at what they do. Will be going again.

I love the treasure hunt! I always find something. I appreciate that this Ross is clean. So many others are not. Note that the dressing rooms are currently closed.

Not only can you buy brand name clothing & homegoods at a fraction of the msrp, but now they've added hair care products, too! Watch out TJ Maxx & Marshall's! Shampoo in photo is usually $16 at Macy's & Nordstroms, it's $7.99 at Ross (16.9 oz.)!
