There’s nothing to improve at this location! Coco and the team are amazing!!!! Even my dog loves them!!! He literally will not let me walk passed CVS without us going inside! 🥰

Coco is the most beautiful soul and amazing manager at any CVS, really store I have encountered! She is so personable and always makes me (and my dog Sebastian) feel like MVPs. Okay, it’s really my dog, he is a heart stealer lol!!! Everytime we come in she lights up and it is always the most pleasant experience! She makes sure we’ve found everything we need & always comes to give my dog a hug! Honestly, sometimes I don’t even need anything and will just stop in to buy something just so we can see her! Coco is a jewel! Coco makes me and my dog Sebastian feel BEYOND WELCOMING AND AMAZING every single visit!! Like literally every visit!

I got my COVID booster here and was super impressed with their pharmacy team. They were super busy but still taking the time to help everyone with great bedside manner, so to speak. I wish I had more doctors like their pharmacist who gives the shots.

Had bad experiences previously but 5 stars for the pharmacy today. Lost my mask and missed my bus and just needed 1 mask to ride and they took care of me. Thank you. I did buy a drink there too and they have self checkout now which made it quick!

My previous CVS Pharmacy experiences in two of the CVS Pharmacies near me were not good. But, when I heard of the CVS on Central, I thought I’d see if they were better. They were!
100% better! Thank goodness! I needed to use CVS because they had the best price using GoodRX. The store on Central had a calm & friendly atmosphere. And, the first person I met at the pharmacy couldn’t have been nicer! The next time I went, another very friendly & helpful person was there to take my RX. My third time…another wonderful person helped me! I’m so glad I now have a pharmacy & lovely store to go to!

I would like to take this time to thank Aram in the pharmacy at CVS on Central and Wilson in Glendale. Aram went above and beyond to ensure our little Zoe had her medication. Aram did an amazing job, along with Zoe’s primary doctor to find a medication covered under her insurance. No other pharmacist has ever taken the time to do this for us. Thank you, Aram for helping is find a solution to our problem and for a pleasant experience :)

Still my best extra bucks store.

I was really surprised by the great level of customer service I experienced here with Yassenne and Evelyn. They were both so nice and genuinely cared about helping me find the right products for my hair. Both girls were able to offer suggestions on what to get. I spent more time talking to Yassenne, and she's so knowledgeable and passionate about hair products and hair care. I already liked this CVS location because it's new and well kept, but the customer service I received from these ladies was so unexpected and I'm pleasantly surprised!

Everyone at this CVS is great. Friendly, but overworked. The pharmacy is always backed up and has a long line.

The staff is always welcoming and they greet you with a smile. The store is very well organized and they’re always ready to help you when you need to find something. Definitely recommend this place!
