Bought sneakers from this location. Anthony in that department is the best! He actually found out what I needed the sneakers for, and didn't try to sell me on the most expensive ones but sold me on the ones to fit my need the best. He brought me several pair and never neglected me (there were 3 of us back there all at the same time). Give this guy a raise and a promotion!

This location has a Wide selection of everything you need for sports. I go for the Nike & Adidas Sneakers and Im usually please when I go with the selection of sneakers they have. Definitely would recommend you check it out

Huge store one of the largest sporting goods stores I've ever been in with a very large selection of merchandise.

The parking lot was a little confusing you have to park in the Galleria parking lot and walk across the bridge through the mall even though there is a street entrance on Broadway.

I bought an elliptical trainer online and chose store pickup. I've never been to this location before which turned out to be a little confusing as it is in a mall and has a stand-alone Street entrance. Regardless, the process was incredibly easy and the store employees were super helpful especially since the elliptical weighed 247 pounds and barely fit in my Explorer...four of them help me load it.

If you are buying a large item and picking it up at the store like I did, know that the loading dock is underneath the bridge from Macy's on Central Avenue, which actually turned out to be very convenient.

Lots of space and staff is doing a nice job sanitizing everything. Staff was also very helpful and friendly.

This is where we bought the shoes that our eldest son wanted so much - Nike Kobe Next 360. Its a very awesome pair but also with a very awesome price.

Went here for a return, the staff took care of the returns without any hassle. The store was out of size for many of the clothing. It appeared that consistently small and medium sizes were unavailable. They have plenty of golf clubs available. Most reasonable priced when compared to online competitors.

Vince was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure our new bikes were ready to go. Assembly was quick and well done. And Vince showed me some tips for keeping the bikes in shape and fixing it myself down the line if necessary. I'll definitely come back for future bike needs.

Vince the manager was super helpful. This is the best sports store in all of LA. Even for gym apparel, this is best store. I came here on Black Friday, and the store was really well organized. There customer service was top notch. I had to make a return and they helped out with great customer service!

This is a bit late of a post but I want just want to say that I received excellent customer service from this location. I bought a Northface backpack in Sept of 2020 while I was in Los Angeles for 3 months on a work project. The bag ended up getting a rip where the bottle pocket was and they exchanged it for a new one super easy. I know Northface has a lifetime warranty but the store warranty was only for a couple of months. They saved me the hassle and expense of having to mail the backpack back to Northface on my own. Thank you

My friend Jack once ate 14 grapes in under 4 seconds and wanted to know if that was a sporting achievement so we came here to inquire with the manager. He said it was unlikely that it qualified as sport but that it was still a good achievement. Jack was pretty upset and the manager gave him a free pair of socks to cheer him up. That is good service!

I was just there for a quick visit I knew what I wanted so I was in and out fast. I did go look at other sports stores before making my purchases and they did have a bigger selection. The cashier was very nice and friendly.

First time ever going to buy my football my along with my helmet pads gloves and even cleats the place is huge and so convenient the prices are really good for the amount of stuff you are getting but alone with the quality of it is definitely come to this place again to buy any type of sporting gear they have everything you could ever ask for it’s sooo crazy and the staff is just so wonderful they helped me find everything I needed
