Came in today to find the perfect wedding outfit. Sheryl from the start was super helpful with finding some suggestions. She definitely went above and beyond to make this a great experience! Thank you for all of your help!

My experience at the Express - Glendale Galleria was exceptional! This wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing customer service by Sheryl. She definitely went beyond and helped me select the best blazer for my fitting. So attentive and made sure I left satisfied. I will definitely come back for my next suit and I’ll make sure to ask for Sheryl.

I walked into the store today and was immediately greeted by Sheryl. She not only helped me find exactly what I was looking for, but went above and beyond with her more than helpful customer service. The other employees didn’t even make eye contact with me. Sheryl was the only one who approached me and made me feel welcomed. Everyone else just walked right by me.

Sheryl was amazing! She help me find a full outfit for a special event. She help from beginning to end and even help me out with the discount. I will definitely will be coming back with her. It felt like havig a personal stylist

It was quite pleasing being inside the store. The sales associates are very nice and welcoming to the store. They offer a big selection of clothing. It's really nice, vibrant colors for women dresses. I like the music they always play, making the shopping experience much better. The only drawback is that the store does not offer bigger sizes for the men's section.

This is a Sheryl appreciate post! My husband, step son and I were prom shopping, and after an evening that ended in tears at Zara, we tried again the following night at Express Men. Within minutes of stepping into the store Sheryl approached us and asked if we needed help. I cannot remember the last time I was in a non luxury store and someone offered to help. It was a renaissance retail experience and boy did we need the help. Sheryl explained how Express Men suits were cut and fit and suggested his true size along with a size he would feel most comfortable in, after he had expressed he likes his clothing a bit looser. She pulled multiple colors, ties and dress shoes so he could see the whole look. She patiently stayed with us as he tried the suits on to let us know which pants fit him best. My step son felt confident, attractive and stylish which was all we wanted after the disastrous night prior. Sheryl made sure what he chose was hung nicely and placed in a garment bag so nothing would wrinkle. Without her kindness, help and expertise we would have been completely lost, but instead the experience was actually fun and we all left with smiles on our faces. I hadn’t shopped at an Express since I, myself, was in high school, but because of customer service like Sheryl’s I will undoubtedly be back.

I’ve recently fallen in love with Express. The clothes are amazing and you always find the best stuff in the clearance section. But one thing that sets Glendale Galleria Express apart from all others is the customer service.
I had the blessing of being helped by Sheryl. And although all the employees there are so kind, Sheryl went the extra mile to ensure my experience was a happy satisfying one.
I got home and reviewed my clothing like I always do because most of the time I buy on impulse and then want to return but this time… wow!!! I am so happy.

So if you ever go to Express in Glendale make sure to look for Sheryl because she will ensure your experience and your purchase a Happy one!!!

Went in today with just a few ideas for a Gala outfit and an open mind. Right away Sheryl greeted us and helped us our entire visit. She not only was extremely kind but also gave us great suggestions, recommended her personal favorites (definitely bought those pants) and even went out of her way to make sure I had a complete outfit by the very end. All while making me feel confident, taken care of and supported. I often don’t like to shop due to past experiences of employees in other stores not wanting to help or not offering fashion forward suggestions but Sheryl all in all made me feel seen and heard for once. Not to mention the selection in the store and the other staff we had interactions with were also extremely friendly. The company should be very proud to have such a great staff and a warm person like Sheryl. Will be back!

The entire store up through Christmas I believe this sales clerk said is on sale half off. A lot of nice stuff I highly recommend checking them out before they run out of stock but at the same time if there is something that you see if you see anything online and if you wanted in a hurry check what stores in your neighborhood in stock. I got a sweater with the detailed on the neckline and is adorable and I highly recommend all their products again

Art was awesome and made the experience so easy, giving good honest advice. He was knowledgeable of the store and of current trends and most of all, patient as I shopped.

Staff deliver great customer service. Had a great and comfortable experience shopping and working with Celeaste. She really went the extra mile to hele. Makes me want to go back for more shopping.

Usually try and stay out of Express bc it's deffff my weakness, but they had a 50% off everything and I had to. Great clothing selection, outstanding service from the employees that were hustling to do their jobs while also helping us. 20/10 will be going back.
