AT&T Store

The male Rep, whose name I didn't get the spelling of was really phenomenal. He took care of all my trade in questions and concerns. He instructed me with patience to prepare my S10 for return, as well as assisted with tbe questions on my new phone. AT&T customer service is what keeps me as a customer 😀

all from one phone to another. He was very knowledgeable and did everything I needed done. He also was very kind personally.

Thd representative Jonathan was very kind to help me set up my phone and make sure it all worked. I appreciate the service.

I went in to this store expecting to be overwhelmed. Eric was so patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions with ease and made my experience one of the best I’ve ever had! Thank you Eric!

The store manager was awesome I don’t remember his name though and I think the other guy helping was named Gibby and he was awesome also very great customer service

On Friday, January 20th my wife and I stopped into an AT&T store that we'd previously never visited. Much to our very pleasant surprise we were greeted by Jonathan. I explained my questions regarding our small business account with AT&T which Jonathan responded with great confidence & suggestions for possible remedies to give great results. After all was said & done we asked Jonathan how long he'd been with the company & if he enjoyed what he was doing. I believe he said he'd been employed with AT&T for 16 years & yes, really enjoyed helping customers to have their needs met & to find resolutions to challenges they were possibly experiencing. I asked if he was part of the management team to which he responded that he was not. The question was asked because we have been to another AT&T store where the employees were no where near as confident in what they were telling us as well as didn't have the suggestions or solutions like what we'd just received. We once again thanked Jonathan & as we were departing the store another gentleman opened the door for us to exit. When my wife thanked him for his courtesy & being a gentleman, he then stated that he was Troy, Jonathan's manager, & had overheard our conversation. He, as well as we, are very pleased with the high quality of service that Jonathan puts forth. Jonathan is a TRUE ASSET to AT&T! If he hasn't received a pay increase within the last week, he should receive a huge one! This is definitely our go to store when we upgrade &/or change phones, plans, etc.

Chris the manager at the corporate store on Power and Hampton has been awesome with helping me out with my issues with my plan and phone issue that the third party AT&T at Target sales have been a nightmare at lies with their phones and plans. I went to Target on McClintock and was helped by Rachel she lied to me and did a disservice and screwed me on my phone bill and phones. People, please don't get your Phones from any Rep at Target, Costo, or the sams Club. Please go to the corporate store. AT&T please stop using them. They are lying and frauds for you they lied to me on my phone bill and my new phone all ready dying they didn't care shame on you AT&T for using these people. If you need a phone please go corporate store. I would recommend Chris at the Power and Hampton store. I am very disheartened and ashamed you guys have not reached out to have this fixed. Please do what is right.

I have not been in a AT&T store for years. I was helping My parents with both their iPhone 8 activations. One SIM car was not working when activating the phones over the phone. Went into this store for help. We were greeted by friendly staff. Then Julian Spann assisted us with our problem. He was professional, kind, and very easy going assisting us with our problems. He solved the issue and we were off to shopping again. Thank you Julian. Awesome store also.

Elvis and Tyree were absolutely phenomenal in their customer service. I had originally tried an AT&T plan from a kiosk that on the surface was too good to be true. I had been with Verizon since 1997. They were able to unravel that mess and come as close as they could to matching the other offer. They were beyond attentive and helpful. I highly recommend them and their store to anyone needed personal assistance. Elvis is a rock star and Tyree kept everything going smoothly with a challenging situation.

Samantha was our Service Representative who went over and above in assisting my wife and I through the upgrade process. She provided personal service from purchase to transfer of data, etc. from old phones to new phones. We ran into a few snags that I know we could not have resolved ourselves. Samantha's knowledge, expertise and diligence maximized what could be transferred. Thanks Samantha.

These people are amazing they have done everything right and deserve A GIANT raise. Came in to get three iPhones and they gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at a phone store.

Dominique provided the most pleasant and welcoming service I could have asked for. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of perfect. She was able to not only fix my issue but she also put my mind at ease and I left with a smile.

Bailey took time to help me transfer to a new phone. She was very good at her job, took time to make all my data transferred, and even had conversation with me while waiting for data to transfer. I apologized for how much time it all took...and her response was, with a smile, "No worries, this is my job". What a wonderful tech! So personable as well as knowledgeable. I will definitely look for her next time I come back❤

Had a great experience at this location, my phone had software malfunction and I was able to turn it in for credit and get a new one. Gibby and Luis made this experience a breeze and were so nice! Thank you!

Yazan WAS GREAT definitely resolved my no service issue! and he is a great salesman helped me with adding a line and with a phone promotion and also showed me that i was being overcharged for insurance ☺ Thank you again!
