Did you know Home Depot in Gilbert rents trucks? Me either.......So I had to move some stuff for my kid, and instead of making 8 trips with a neighbors open bed truck, we rented the $19 truck, and got everything done in 1 trip. Reserving the thing was a breeze with Josh helping me out, and returning it took minutes when Erika helped get the paperwork processed. The rental cost was next to nothing - No "extra" fees, bogus charges, etc, and trucks were clean and powerful. I'll do it again instead of paying what Budget wants to rent a truck. Nice job Home Depot in Gilbert!

My husband and I purchased a grill and some grill supplies this morning (February 6) and we received excellent customer service!! Three people must be recognized: Dillan (the merchandiser), Theresa (customer service), and Jose (he was loading things outside and noticed we needed help)! Each of these individuals went above and beyond!! We are so thankful for their help! Jose was especially helpful in assisting us in fitting the grill into our car! All three of these individuals deserve to be recognized for their hard work and willingness to help! Great customer service is rare these days, so please recognize them!!! We love our grill!! Thank you!! 10/10 experience!

I recently had an outstanding experience with the customer service team at Home Depot, specifically with Associate "Metal Mike" and I felt compelled to share my positive feedback. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming attitude by all employees. Metal Mike went above and beyond to assist me with my inquiries and product selection, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of the store's inventory. What truly stood out was his patience and willingness to address all my questions, ensuring I left with the right products for my project. It's clear that Home Depot places a high value on hiring knowledgeable and customer-focused associates like Metal Mike. My interaction with Metal Mike made my shopping experience both enjoyable and productive. I commend Home Depot for fostering a culture of exceptional customer service, and I will undoubtedly return for my future home improvement needs, thanks to associates like Metal Mike.

Recently visited Home Depot to buy supplies for my backyard electrical and Andy was there to provide great guidance on measurements and also went out of his way to point out other supplies I had missed. Having someone like Andy during my visit made an overwhelming shopping trip a breeze. He definitely adds value to one of my favorite stores to shop for all my home projects.

All the Stuff there is really cool and I wish I wasn’t broke so I could buy some of it. The employees were helpful but the Christmas decorations are a bit pricey. But overall it’s a good store that I’ve been going to since I was a kid.

Great store for any home improvement project.
Staff is super helpful if you need advice or help finding an item.
An added plus is that its a great place to take your puppy to socialize. My pup Ares loved it.

Went in last week to purchase a new toilet. Great customer service with Adam and Zan. Zan really knows his stuff, answered all our questions about toilets, delivery, installation that we had, personable and friendly. That's the kind of service we want and expect from Home Depot and any service really, yet find lacking so much in retail these days.Thank you Zan, Adam and Home Depot.

Great appliance prices right now!

Rented a truck for $19.99 for the first 75 minutes after that it was $5 every 15 min. They hold a $150 deposit. I had it for 2 hours and all together only paid $40 after tax. I also put $6 of gas back into it. The process was quick to rent and return it. Plus the truck had a ramp which I didn't need but thought it was cool.

I love this store! If I could, I'd buy all the things . . . that I want to make my home the most posh home ever! The selection is fabulous and the pricing is lower than Lowe's. Unfortunately I am not independently wealthy, yet. Go to Home Depot and find all the things! Below is a picture of the beautiful hibiscus plants we purchased.

I know it's a simple thing and probably doesn't follow store protocol but my 2 year old found some promotional red white and blue star balloons and he wanted to carry them all around the store. When it came time to check out it was time for the dreaded give them back conversation with a 2-year-old and an associate said that he could just take them home. 5 stars!

I am not a fan of Home Improvement Stores. They are huge and I usually have a hard time finding things or someone to help. Today's experience was different, however. We went into this location to look for an air conditioner for our daughter. Home Depot Employee 'Richard ', was demonstrating Traeger grill/smoker in front of the store. He was handing out free samples of bacon he was cooking on the grill (delicious). Richard was so friendly, that we ended up deciding to buy one of the grills. When we entered the store, we were greeted by a friendly lady named Shirley, who asked us if we needed help finding anything (with a smile). Employee David answered all our questions in that department. By far, best experience with a Home Improvement store.

This store has the most friendly staff !! We were greeted all throughout the store .. we bought blinds and plants. They guy that cut our blinds was very courteous .. and super friendly!! The plants that we bought looked very healthy!! Store was really clean!!

I was out of town visiting family and I stopped into The Home Depot in Gilbert and I ran into a wonderful employee. I guess I looked in a rush, she asked if she can help and directed me straight to my needs. She was so pleasant and friendly. I saw her name was Mary Ann. - Thank You

Mitch in customer service is an absolute rockstar. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made my experience quick and painless. My entire day was made by my experience with Mitch.

Awesome store I usually go in for large healthy plants. Terri who works in the gardening part of the store is just amazing and very helpful. She showed me some really nice plants that I never knew were in the back part of the store even when out of her to keep me posted on a certain plant Im looking for. Thanks Terri for all of your help🤗

Never had any issues whatsoever at this home Depot location. The staff is great, they are friendly and helpful with any question you may have. Their self checkout lanes make checking out super fast. I typically need help with wiring or electrical components. I can say their guys in electrical are super knowledgeable and have always been able to help me and answer any questions I've had. Overall this location is still my favorite location to go to.
