Fry's

Feel super terrible for all the hard workers at this location. #1 pet peeve: being on your phone while doing self checkout. There was a line waiting and this broad decides to stand there and have an entire conversation without continuing to check out. DO NOT do this. It’s extremely rude and inconsiderate to everyone in the store: workers and shoppers alike. Srsly, you deserve to be on blast… so here ya go

This particular Fry's Food, Floral Department, Bakery, Deli, produce grocery store with a Starbucks Coffee shop inside is one of the best around that I've seen since moving here from Colorado springs in early August of 2023 where I lived in Colorado Springs. They had a King Soopers (Krogers) right around the corner from me where I used to go at 6,400 ft up near Garden Of The Gods, and one of the tallest mountains in Colorado at 14,300 ft high..
This store here i think is one the best running stores that I've seen in Arizona and from what I've seen has the best service, best staff and all management that actually help people while they're in the store in all departments..Everything in all departments is always kept up nice and clean and all produce and all food is of a great quality...

Happy Halloween ya all!• . •!

I've frequented this store for> 25 years. From time to time I have attempted other grocery stores and I continued to make it back to this Fry's at Copper and Warner. I mostly believe that they have their customers better interest in mind.

Always friendly people and good products. I can always find everything I need.

Love this fry’s grocery store!

This location is wonderful. There is always an ample selection of produce, a floral shop and a variety of meats and fresh fish. It has a pharmacy. The staff is helpful and cheerful. The store and restrooms are clean. There is a Starbucks inside. It has an online order pickup area in the parking lot. It is an older location but well-maintained and usually well stocked. Due to its good Gilbert location (Warner and Val Vista) it is usually busy. On the property there is also a Fry's gas station which offers discounts if you are part of the Fry's loyalty program.

I love Fry's! I just went there with two recipes in hand. Half the ingredients were in the dairy reduced section or were on sale!

I used the grocery pick up for the first time and it was so easy! The app is very easy to use. Once I checked in it was only 10 minutes before my groceries came out and I feel that was fast as every parking spot was full! The very nice gentleman that loaded my groceries made sure they we placed so nothing would fall over or get smashed! We had a very nice conversation and he was so very kind! It's people like him that has people coming back to the same stores!

Trish is amazing. She's always there to help. She always has a smile on her face. I seek her out when I'm ready to "check out." I'll wait in her line when it's longer- just to have her help me. Thank you Trish for your wonderful customer service.

This is a brand new store so is clean and fresh. It is spacious with wider aisles than usual. A lot of extra staff were available to help. The store contains a variety of extra features such as a Starbucks, deli, etc., and is a good place to browse. Fry's is also among the least expensive places to buy groceries.

Above and beyond customer service!
While shopping yesterday, I lost my car keys. Later that evening my friend asked me if I might have mistakenly dropped the keys when I dropped my plastic bags in the recycle bin. It made perfect sense, so we asked Daniel if we could go through the bags behind the store that were waiting to be picked up. He said sure and even came back with us to help. He brought all the bags from inside the store because we didn't see the particular bag we were looking for outside. Eventually, we found my keys underneath the bag I had dropped into the bin! Daniel was so kind and helpful; he really went the extra mile to help! Thank you, Daniel, for your exceptional customer service at Fry's!

This specific Fry's has been my favorite grocery store for years and years. They are the best set up, the nicest employees, the freshest choices in produce. Every single person I have dealt with has been great. I drive out of my way sometimes just to come back here and smile. :-)

This is my old Fry's and I have some free time so here is my glowing review. The best customer service, the best meat department and the best and freshest produce department in the entire area. I never had anything but a great or nearly great experience while shopping here. They really go far to ensure you have a good shopping experience.

Shelby was totally awesome helping us out tonight! A bunch of stuff was put in the wrong spot and marked as buy one get one free, but it wasn't ringing up as that at self checkout. I picked up like 8 items expecting 4 for free, and when that didn't automatically happen Shelby stepped up and helped make it right :) Y'all are awesome here at this Fry's!

Always here my best store!!!

This Frys is awesome. I have been going here since I moved down Val Vista. Friendly staff, awesome butchers, always has carts available and Purrell wipes to use on your cart to clean it. Side note, the floral department has amazing flowers year round. I’ve bought many bouquets from this location and they always please. Good job managers, keep it up.

The personnel at this location are amazing! Long story short, we had gender reveal cupcakes ordered and there was a miscommunication on our end for the location. It was a very stressful morning thinking our only source of knowing the gender of our baby was lost(our doctor was closed), but Diane(the store manager), Robby and Stacy in the bakery were so great and went above and beyond to figure out the situation. They dropped everything to ensure it was handled. Cannot thank them enough for working so hard to solve a situation that was really our fault. Thank you all and we plan to use this location for all of our grocery/bakery needs in the future!

Today, I went shopping at the Fry’s off of Val Vista and Elliott Rd. I was doing my typical two weeks worth of groceries shopping ($308.00 bill). Some how, I got home with only 3/4 my order. Three of my reusable bags were left at the store. I called back to the store mad as can be. They calmed me down by telling me my groceries were in the cooler and they asked me for my address to bring them to me. I told them that I lived far away, and that they were not my home store. They said that was okay and that they were sorry I did not have all my groceries. 15 mins later the manager pulled up to deliver my food and gave me a $10 gift card for my inconvenience. Fry’s has gone above and beyond today. I will continue to shop at my favorite grocery store Fry’s. I truly appreciate the extra effort they showed today.

This Fry's is one of my favorite places to shop. Inside there is a child care center where I sometimes drop my son off when we shop. He loves coming here and spending time and we get to do all our shopping at the same time. The staff is friendly and we are glad to be so close to here.

I love all Fry's but I particularly love this one... it's close for one making it super - but besides that they have great helpful staff, good prices, an amazing selection and a nice 'feel' to the store (whatever that means). I also go here for all my pharmacy needs. :)
