AT&T Store

This store has an amazing environment! The people who work there have amazing customer service! I would definitely be coming back to this store! The store manager Jason knows what he talking about , he is also very handsome!

Awesome experience!! If you’re looking for 5 star treatment, go to this branch! I had issues with my phone and Boris took care of me! Great costumer service and very professional. The associate Rahmir was also helpful and knowledgeable.

We are grateful for the service, knowledge, and wonderful camaraderie Brady offers us every time we visit his store. He is honest, upfront and very patient. It is because of Brady at ValVista & Warner next to Target that we are continued AT&T customers. It’s also very important to note that not all AT&T stores are the same. I have stopped into a few other stores in the valley to ask questions throughout the years and have never received service like I have here with Brady. It is obvious that Brady is compassionate about his job and this is extremely hard to find in todays world. Thank you Brady!!!

I came in to the store with my mom, she was having an issue that Daniel resolved. She was eligible to get new phone. I asked Daniel to check to see if I could qualify for an upgrade, I was, and he was so very patient with answering all of my questions, and very knowledgeable, transfered all of my appsto my new phone!.
I had questions re: Direct TV stream, he explained in detail to me how it works and how to set it up if I do decide to try it again.

I walked in to switch from Verizon. Brady and Daniel greeted us right away and Brady asked how he could help.

I explained the situation and he took care of us immediately. He clearly explained the plans and options that were best suited for me and my family as well as make sure it fit in our budget.

Where they both went above and beyond was with my 3 year old son. Brady gave him some fruit snacks and Daniel put cartoons on for him. They both made it a point to not only provide great service to me, but the service they provided to my family. Based on that experience alone plus financial benefit by switching we know we made the right choice with ATT.

I had a complicated issue and the manager was amazing! Fantastic experience. He did a great job and made what could have been a difficult experience a great experience. Would definitely recommend going to this store. Was in and out in under an hour. I was expecting it to take all day.

Ask for Brady! He was awesome. Ended up with a better plan and better phones. Was minful of billing dates regarding the new plan and new phone delivery. Covered all the bases i didn't even think of.

Brett and his trainee was amazing helping us close an account for my great grandfather today! The store was beautiful and those two guys stayed on hold with us for 45 minutes making sure our needs were met.

The high reviews for this AT&T location are all well deserved. I spent all day on the phone with customer service, loyalty department, corporate site and also onsite at another store to resolve an issue. I was bounced around and no one can tell me who can help. I took a chance with this store location and they were the easiest to talk to and willing to check what they can do for me. Vint understood exactly what the issue was and was able to resolve my issue within a few minutes. THANK YOU VINT for the assistance today. We will now go this site instead of the one nearest us for anything we need in the future.

Brady helped correct mistakes that were made by previous employees. He couldn’t fix everything, but he was able to provide us with the information to fix it.
