The UPS Store

Convenience is a must. I go there to manage Amazon returns. They are super friendly and very efficient. I never have to wait a long time.
The personnel are courteous and helpful.

I've been dealing with UPS my whole life and I've always been happy with everything. Questions. Shopping. Dispute. All of it. They're great!

This store is the best I’ve ever experienced. All of the ladies that work there have helped me numerous times with multiple issues. They come through for me and they have helped me in ways that I didn’t know they were able to. This is the best location for shipping UPS ever have all of them that I have experienced. You should come here to do your shipping.

I had 12 boxes to ship today and can't thank Sandra enough for her friendly and efficient service. Would recommend this UPS store for any UPS service you would need.

VANESSA is Great ! I love this place and a Big Shout Out & Props. Opens bright and early with a Smile on her face today. Did everything she could (and fast) to make sure I was happy and all set with my shipping. I've used them tons over the years for all types of things. The Gals are Always helpful and polite too ~ even when customers are being unreasonable ~. Not sure why anyone would slam this capable team. They get the job done fast & correctly the first time. Got there at 8:05am was surprised how many people were already in line lol only one person working but she was very fast, very efficient and very friendly great experience

I needed something printed off my phone and could not get it to no matter what I tried. My son had gone in the day before for the same reason so I thought I'd give them a try. I went in and it was still posing as a problem. The lady's were trying everything the could think of. I should mention that as one of the lady's were trying to help me there was a man in there yelling and being super nasty in the store. As they were trying to explain to the man that they could not help because it was an issue with the post office and had no way of helping and tried giving him a number to call. Just then my issue was figured out and I was able to get what I needed. All of these lady's were professional and took the time to not only help me but other customers in the store. These lady's are why I will be back anytime I need anything.

Jen- you are amazing! Thank you for being super cool today! We all love the nice smell of coffee in the afternoon to perk us up! Love how you made a simple UPS stop something I looked forward to! Raise for this girl !!

If it wasn't for my girls at The Ups Store 1320 I would be so lost and unsure how I would get anything done. The patience those girls have with me is above and beyond regular customer service! Especially Jen and Vanessa these girls are the best at what they do. Come on down to see my favorite staff of The Ups Store 1320 hands down best customer service I've ever had.

I visited this location twice yesterday to get fingerprinted and again today once I got everything together that I needed. They were super busy. Hectic, even. You would expect customer service to be not so great during that time, but both people that were there were excellent! I believe Braelynn was helping me, initially. She went above and beyond to help me get everything together. I went in today and received the same quality of service. It's much appreciated

A huge Kudos to this store and superb customer service...Alex went over the top to print out labels for some returns to Amazon for my mother in law ...technology can be very intimidating and he made it so easy and comfortable to meet her needs and nothing but the most courteous service. I can’t let this opportunity pass and not mention the many times she has used this store for so many things and Dawn another employee is just as pleasant and extremely helpful. All in all this is the store she frequently uses when she can avoid the Post Office.

I love how fast and easy it is returning my package!

It was my first time returning a package without the return label not attached and wasn't sure what to do with the printed out label. Vanessa at UPS made the process very easy. I just handed her everything and she quickly put it all together. I love this type of customer service.

Danielle was so awesome. When I came in to send back my smart watch she assisted me in printing out the paperwork I had left at home so that they could get it shipped out tonight for me. Super grateful for the friendly staff.

I wont write reviews usually unless i find some great things like this UPS store at Lindsay market Place , All the Staff were very helpful, exceptional and eager to help the customers, I had to Visit this store after i moved to Mesa for Notary , Printing and Post some important docs , Alex was really Awesome in taking care of all the activities without any hassles , he has great knowledge with lots of patience.The lady at Notary was very exceptional in answering all my queries pertaining to international notary.
I will for sure recommend this best store for Notary , Printing and Post etc to my family & friends.Alex keep up the great work!!!

My first in this store. I had to get some Documents notarized. I got with Vanessa at the store. She was very informative asked the right questions and got my paperwork notarized and on my way in a very timely manner . I highly recommend to get any documents notarized through this place quick and easy Vanessa is very knowledgeable A+
