The Pharmacist is very helpful and friendly! Usually a 20 minute wait if you want to wait for the prescription. Whenever I have to wait I end up buying something unique and usually the seasonal aisle gets me in the mood for the holiday! There’s a lot of new diy nails with professional looking nail designs! The store has been doing some updates on the merchandising lately. I only wish that the outside were clean and paid attention to. Lots of cobwebs and stuff in the drive through and I didn’t want to touch the thing to send my money through. Hopefully the building owner or management can operate a pressure washer and make a HUGE difference! It needs to be inviting and clean so people want to come inside and shop! Your business is retail and located in a prime location in Mesa, why not take advantage of it? Thanks!

I just had such a helpful experience with the pharmacist last Friday late day. He went completely out of his way to work with the insurance company to correct a problem we were having with my dad's prescription. He made sure we had what my father needed asap. So thankful he went above and beyond. I wrote a bad review before of this pharmacy, as I have had many problems with the assistants being very lazy and lying outright about doing things they hadn't. This pharmacist really helped us out.

The Pharmacy personnel is awesome and very helpful. This Walgreens should have a much better rating for the amount of people that are in their radius. The Manager was more than helpful and helped me even with finding a good coupon. Please go to this Walgreens and enjoy the staff while getting the best deals in the area!!

You know , I've worked retail grocery for years and I know how people can be . I was hesitant to come to wallgreens because of the reviews on the pharmacy .
They are NOT understaffed !
They are NOT rude !
And I didn't have to wait at all !
So give them a try they really are professional , friendly , and the waiting , well I got my butt in a chair for about 0.8 seconds .read between the lines and you will find nice friendly people at this wallgreens !!!!!

I've been going to this Pharmacy for a few years now, and it's never been a problem. I have had to wait a time or two, but, they're pretty busy overall. Nice people, but they seem to change Pharmacists pretty often.

I’ve only used this Walgreens for printing photos and they do an AMAZING job! They have a really good printer at this location, and they always print really fast. I’m able to pick up my photos without any problems. The staff are pretty decent as well!

Cameron in the photo department and checkout is the MVP! Awesome employee!!!

I had the best experience at this Walgreens! I had a lot of questions, needed quite a bit of help and a lovely gentleman named Steve took total care of me. He was so knowledgeable and patient. That's why I'm giving this store 5 stars!!!

Just came in to ask where the Post Office was. Guy was super helpful and actually came from around the check station and showed me actually where it was located. Made my day. Thanks.

Every time I came to this Walgreens never had bad experience nice customer service soon as i come in the store they speak to you i love going to the nail section in the hair section in the pharmacy is excellent also.

As a regular customer here at this store for many years, I can say that the pharmacy staff and the general staff are some of the best people anywhere.. The manager has a great team in place at this store...

Best customer service ever!!! Not to mention this store is extremely organized and very clean. The staff here is completely on top of it. I was in a hurry and needed a few things they had no qualms helping me get what I needed fast! I have already recommended this store to all my friends!!!

The whole staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. This is by far, my favorite Walgreens store. It's really the only one I'll go to.

Much better pharmacy staff than the one on Greenfield and southern, always fast,friendly,service without being dishonest,rude, or lazy like of some other stores mentioned above.
