Fry's

Stopped in to pick up some flowers this morning. The staff is fantastic. They helped me put together an arrangement. What they made looks great. They wouldn't accept a tip.

The store is clean and well arranged. They have things that I can't get in the other stores I frequent. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They have a very broad range of food.

Their produce is ample and fresh.

We love shopping at Fry's, everything is good and the people are great always willing to help you 👍🙂

This is a very large store with a wide variety of quality products. Fry's offers customer pickup which I had never taken advantage of before today, but will certainly order from again as the delivery to my car was seamless and punctual.

Trevor is an outstanding young ambassador for Fry's and ensures high standards of customer service, quality control, professionalism, courtesy and respect for the order by carefully packaging the items and placing them in the vehicle. It is nice to encounter an employee who clearly enjoys his position and work and extends that to impeccable delivery of the order, accuracy, to ensure customer service satisfaction without fail.

It is important to support all of the tireless and conscientious employees as Trevor, who help make our life easier by helping us with daily grocery purchases, delivery, and customer service ensuring the highest standards that deserve accolades and gratitude. Highly recommend!

Dylan at Fry's was a super big help while I was being "that" coupon lady. He should be the ruler of Frys. Five stars!

I visited on 1/13/23 around 6:30 pm. The man and woman working behind the deli counter were incredibly helpful and patient with me. I truly can’t say enough about how kind they were during my visit. I wish I had gotten their names!

And then upon returning home I discovered that I left my wallet in the cart. I called the store back and the person on the phone was so patient in trying to assist me. Luckily it was found. Just wanted to say thank you again to everyone who helped me!

Around 9to 10 pm ish is perfect nobody is here shopping !!! Awesome and very nice staff and very clean store !!!! Awesome neighborhood too!!!!

I go to this store almost daily for the past year and have always been greeted with a smile with their helpful courteous staff. It is clean and has a large variety of items.

Der isn't no other place as helpful and courtesy to their customers than this Frys been shopping at this grocery store the past 6 years and had the best customer service from all departments they how to handle every situation give dem more than 5 stars

I love shopping here. The store clerks are always smiling, attentive, and speak to everyone they make eye contact with. I've never had a problem finding anything or with pricing being off when I get to the register. Love the free Friday items and have always found them in stock at this location. The restroom is always clean and does not smell bad (the women's at least)

The guy who’s in charge of the floral department and his associates are superb! Excellent customer service and they’re super respectful. I would definitely be coming back to this specific store to purchase from their floral department again. I had a bad experience with another Fry’s store’s floral department with a rude employee who didn’t care to help me and was super rude and irritated that I asked questions , but this store’s floral associates are super nice ! If you’re in the Mesa/Gilbert area and want to buy anything from Fry’s’ floral department , Save yourself the time and hassle of dealing with rude employees(the Fry’s on baseline and Gilbert) and come to this store.

This is now my go to store. I am writing a review based on my experience the other night. I decided to run in and do some last minute shopping a 30 min. before they close, and I completely forgot to grab a shopping cart. As I was struggling with my dozen items, Justin, a young man who works there, did not hesitate to grab me a cart. He had such great manners and was super polite. This made my trip a billion times better. It's not everyday you come across excellent customer service, especially in the younger generations. You're rad Justin! Keep doing you!

Food products good staff a bit lacking in costume service area. You can feel the tension of the employees and it reflects on there costumer service abilities.

Wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. I came in for flowers, and they had an amazing selection in their floral department, including candy gift bouquets, succulents, roses, and discounted flower bunches that were pennies on the dollar and still so beautiful! This location was clean and friendly, too.

There was 2 min until 11 I took an Uber because I needed milk and drinks for morning. When I got there an employee was outside telling me they were closed when I said please I just need some milk he said ok pry the doors open and hurry up. You are a God tonight sir. Thank you!!
