Harbor Freight Tools

I went into the store looking for a small drill that best suited me. Had no clue what brand nor size to buy. I seen an associate and asked for help. We walked over to the drills, it was at least 20 to 30 different types of drills. I was so overwhelmed, but the associate put my mind at ease after explaining to me the difference between all of them. After spending at least 25-35 minutes with me together we found the drill, batteries and more. I realized that he was one of the managers( Richard ) He was so patient, professional, and knowledgeable
Mr. Richard made it so easy for me so
I just wanted to give him a special shout out
and say thank you for being the special person that you are.

I had an issue with tools coming from the online store, they were able to exchange it with no problem

Harbor Freight has a great selection of tools and work related equipment. Their prices are great as well.

They have some good coupon sales. Sometimes things are hard to find in most Harbor Freight stores. But this is a lady's review. The checkout people were friendly. You have to remember to produce your coupons because they won't ask you if you have any coupons.

Nice place and good prices for tools for home or for professionals.

I live Harbor Freight Tools. I can always find interesting things in there.

Harbor Freight Tools is addictive. I recently replaced my wife's alternator. Every new bolt required a new tool. Too crammed in. Back to HFT. Back to HFT. Back to HFT.....etc. Great selection. Great people. Great prices. There's something in there you just can't live without. Stop by.

Not everything is great, but most of their tools are good quality, and priced well. I love their nitrile gloves.

What ever I need I think about Harbor freight first.

Always able to find useful items for my shop, when it comes to consumables, shop towels, cleaners, painting drop cloths and the like. They are continually adding upscale items and tools that have surprised me. This location has a very helpful staff that's eager to assist.

I love their prices! Bought a garden cart to pull behind our lawn mower for $70 less than I have found anywhere else.

Great place to find the tools you need to finish that project at a great price. You will be surprise of all the neat things they have outside of tools. Go visit and stay a while and say hello to Jose' the manager of the Newport News Store. He is very knowledgeable of the product, professional and honest. He will help you find what you need.

I must make a shout out to the Hampton store. The manager and staff are worth your trip to the store. They are pleasant, knowledgeable of there product, helpful and friendly. Enjoy your experience

A handyperson's candy store! Everything here was so reasonably priced, I was giddy the entire time. I bought several things, like a foldable work table, the palm sander was just $15😱 and MANY other things. Plus, the people were really helpful!

I also liked how is was smaller, cause going to big stores can take hours to find the gadgets and hardware you need. This is a big 20/10 for me.

Always a great place to find that one-off tool you need for a project. This location is easy to get in and out with helpful staff.

What's not to love, relatively decent tools that are good price and anybody can afford to go there and get what they need to get the job done

Stopped by to exchange some old jack stands for me ones. Everyone was friendly and had me in and out in 10 minutes!
