Ashley Store

I just had the best buying experience today at the Newport News Ashley store!! I was greeted by Andrea right as I walked in, told her I needed to furnish a whole house she offered me a sales promo I couldn't resist and I walked out with 2 fully furnished rooms that will have the beautiful furniture in it. She was so helpful and super friendly so ask for her any time you need to furnish your home!

Mr. Derwin Watts was an excellent sales representative. Ask for him. He welcomed us at the door, showed us options for what we asked for and allowed us to decide with no pressure. Explained all purchased and delivery options. We are satisfied customers!

My wife and I went to the Ashley store not expecting to find much. But to our surprise we found a lot more. We found courteous and well-mannered professional Staff Who were well informed and caring. Hands up to Charlie who greeted us and showed us around he was very Friendly and Very knowledged.
Took very good care of us. Then he introduced us to Ms Mississippi, Who was absolutely fabulous, went way above and beyond. Thank you for your Curious help and assistance. Way to go, guys.

I had the best experience at Ashley Furniture in Newport News! Drew was amazing! He was so helpful and informative and so patient with me as a sat on every couch to see which was best for me. The couch I wanted didn’t fit in my apartment, but Drew fixed that immediately and found me something just as wonderful! I love my furniture and the service I received! Drew is such a great person and he genuinely wants what’s best for YOU… he’s not just trying to make a sale, and that’s why I will be buying the rest of my furniture and sending my friends and family to see Drew as well! Jasper was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly when I had questions. He was adamant about getting the best deal possible and had excellent service. Everyone was super nice and helpful, but for a top of the line experience that goes above and beyond, ask for Jasper.

Show room is set up beautiful. Staff was friendly and quick to greet. Johnny took care of us quickly. We told him what we were looking for and his suggestions were right on point.

This was a great furniture shopping experience! My husband and I were greeted by Drew Griffin as soon as we walked in the store. We were asked if we needed help and were left alone without any pressure. He was happy to tell us the end-of-the-year deals and answer any questions we had. He did not hover but treated us professionally and with respect. We were there for three hours and walked away satisfied with both our purchases and our experience. Jasper was SO helpful! He showed us several options and helped us configure the right size for our needs.
