I’m not very good with technology and I wanted to get my phone upgraded but needed guidance. Zach was absolutely wonderful and helped me with all the questions I had, 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The young man that helped us tremendously Joe was wonderful, very courteous very professional. He spent a lot of time with us on my phone. The assistant manager was very helpful also, a very pleasant staff to be around always willing to help anyone that walks through the door. Thanks again AT&T!!!!

Krystal was extremely helpful at the ATT store on Rockville Road! She took extra time to make sure my grandmother was receiving the best deal and made it user friendly for her, as well. She went above and beyond what she needed to do and it was greatly appreciated!

Blake was great. I started out over the phone and Had a terrible time getting help because of verification issues. I walked into the store and Blake, the assistant manager, had me up and running within 5 minutes and even discounted the sim card to no cost! Easiest and best experience so far with att! Cannot speak highly enough for the ATT store!!! Nathan started the day off well by helping exactly how we wanted to be helped and not over selling us. He answered all questions and made sure that we felt good with our purchase. Later after going to another ATT store in Avon, we had to come back for some technical help. Bradley (manager) and another salesperson (lady) helped get us set up even further (because the other ATT store in Avon did not help as well). This ATT store on Rockville will continue to get our business for the professionalism and care they gave us. As long as we are ATT customers.

Ricky the Sales Professional did a great job listing to me and helping me leave with what I came for. He didn’t try and aggressively get me to buy something I didn’t want which would’ve lost a sale. He got his managers involved so I could pay cash which was appreciated
