Big Lots

they have some really nice things in Big Lots and the prices do not be over the top.

They have furniture, thier prices are amazing for the items purchased. Clean store and good customer service. Had a computer issue at check out, and it took longer than needed to be, but I was compensated for my wait. I recommend shopping here!

The manager of the furniture department, at least if I remember correctly he was the manager? Anyway, this man went over and beyond to get my husband the certain chair that we had driven an hour and a half away trying to find. My husband was having neck surgery the next day and the man that was older than him and had some back surgeries himself, loaded that chair up himself in the back of our truck and even strapped it down for us. Then told us good luck on my husband's surgery.

I’m quite surprised with the level of customer service that comes from this location. I purchased a couch online, it was delivered damaged. I went out of town for a few months and Katie was phenomenal with researching options and making herself available. I’m very grateful beyond words, Katie is amazing and deserves the best.

Love this store. It's very clean, brightly lit and you never know what great deals you will find. We made a large purchase here, queen size mattress and box plus head board and foot board set. They have a small company that delivers, yes they are hard to get a hold of but all you need to do is
1. Call them
2. Stay on the call until it says send them your phone number thru sms message
3. BE PATIENT!! they will call you back..it could take a day before they do. They work very hard and are short staff like every one else.
4. This delivery company they use are very respectful and work hard
5. They take cash for delivery but there is a charge for using credit cards...

I have never used a warranty in my 51 years of life. Sadly, I had to use a warranty on 2 large purchase items. The store handled the exchanges way above and beyond my expectations (there was a bit of confusion with who handled what at first which was a bit unnerving). I spoke to the Manager Rose after this and Rose handled everything so well. I was relieved that it was handled swiftly and properly. I appreciated her help as it seemed to nowhere until I spoke to her. Also, I read some reviews of how the store isn't as packed as it used to be. To those people, I say, be patient, Covid has made stocking difficult everywhere. My whole point to the review is that the handled my warranty exchanges very well when Rose interviened. I shopped there again this evening and found some great buys. Rose is 5 star.

The lady working the furniture area was amazing, assumingshe was the night manager. She helped us measure the box before we purchased so we could make sure it fit. Then a young man, wearing an ear bud while on the clock, was grabbing something and she told him 7 times to grab the blue trash bags and he continued to grab the wrong one. She went over, told him to take the ear bud out and put it away, and told him they changed the color of the bags. This young man proceeded to tell her to "chill the f*** out, and walked away. She stayed professional throughout it all and I was very impressed. Before someone with a truck came to help us haul our purchase, she came over and apologized profusely and she was embarrassed that this particular employee said that in front of customers. I wish I would have e caught her name to put in this review.

Big Lots offers a wide variety of close outs and other goods. Ranges from furniture, household goods, decor, outdoor items toys and groceries. Avon store has friendly and helpful staff.

Love this place, best place to get amazing headphones and gadgets for phones. This coming from someone that has more gadgets than you can imagine. You can get so much here and not pay arms and legs. It's clean and amazing employees.

We paid just under $600 for a dark brown leather sectional during their 20% off sale. Other than the difficulties we had actually getting the furniture into our house, we had great service there. The attendant helped us load it up into the truck and was helpful explaining the discount to us.

I have a Big Lots is closer to me then this one I choose to shop at this one because every time I do the people that work in the store are always right there if you need them they will ask you any all that you're in if there's anything that can help you with if they see that you're trying to look for something the managers of the store on wonderful they keep the store clean and well-stocked of merchandise that I like to buy I appreciate that very well the cashiers and the other people that work here are very friendly and helpful they will assist you in any way they can I appreciate this because I am a disabled elderly lady there's only one complaint that I have about any Big Lots stores and that is they need to get the corporate office to please assist elderly disabled people that have to walk with a cane or a rollator please get some Electric carts

Clean store good value awesome management if you find yourself with an issue with your purchase rest assured that if you deal with Nathan he will take care of you and yours, a great guy and awesome manager. Go check them out and be prepared for a great deal.

Staff went out of their way to help find a desk for me, when it wasn't going to be restocked I was able to purchase the floor display at a discount. They even broke it down and helped pack it into my vehicle!
