I wanted to post a review because I had a great experience. This was on 11/142023 at 6:45 pm that I went to this store and I asked for some lunch cold cuts from the deli. The gentleman was very courteous, polite and sliced what asked for perfectly. He gave great costumer service and I must say, that he was genuine with his costumers. I didn’t catch his name however I hope he gets recognition. I plan on returning to this specific location for now on. Thank you very much

Frys has friendly employees that ask how I’m doing every time I go there. The shelves are always well stocked and products I need are consistently available. Produce section is well taken care of and generally fresh. The pharmacy is a convenient place to pick up my prescriptions so I can get two things done in one trip. The best part about the experience is the employees. They (most of them) seem to enjoy there job which makes it a pleasure to shop there.

Another great shopping experience, very reasonable prices and I always find what I'm looking for.

Employees are pretty awesome and helpful. Store usually has what we need. Parking lot has been updated. Looks a lot better.

I just started doing grocery pick up! The service has been wonderful. Sure once and a while they don't have an item or their maybe a tiny mistake however they always fix it promptly or offer you a discount! Tommy and Angelina are always so nice and helpful and the little things make my days off so much easier. Thank you Fry's and your staff!

This was the first time I've been in the store and I was so impressed with all the various products you had on the shelves, coolers, and on display. Your store was very well stocked and very well displayed for impulse shopping too. Your store was very clean. I have always appreciated the fresh produce and fresh variations of meat you have to offer. Even the restroom was clean and stocked too. Thank you for everything you and your staff have done to keep us coming back. Thank you for the Customer Service you have provided us. Please let your staff know how much they are appreciated and respected.

Weekend shopping trip and I didn't find too much of a crowd. In and out in ten minutes though they shouldn't have the deli & bakery next to each other. Keeps me buying cookies or cinnamon rolls when I only need a bit of deli meat.

Pretty busy but clean and everyone was nice

Whoever was running the online pick up orders this afternoon on 10/9/22, I did not catch the woman's name, deserves to be recognized for her dedication, outstanding customer service and hustle. There were some huge delays today not to this woman's fault and she handled everyone like a champ! She has definitely gone way above and beyond for frys and their online pick up area. If I heard correctly there was a HUGE staff shortage today that left her picking orders AND running them out to cars on her own. I hope she sees this review, gets the proper recognition she deserves and knows that her efforts were beyond appreciated.

The check at self checkout is plain mean, and the manager does not help with escalations. The manager didn't even show up. The clerk shorted me $0.40 cents and was mean.

We enjoy shopping here. Everyone,including the pharmacy are very helpful. I highly recommend shopping at this store. The prices are very reasonable as well. Everyone goes beyond their duty to help you that’s why we shop there.

Carlos in produce is hands down my favorite person to come in and see...and cashier Yesenia and meat department Daniel. I'm greeted with smiles and friendly conversation every time. I've been coming here for 14 years and have seen plenty of employees come and go. These 3 continuously stand out over the years and I just love the "Cheers" setting of familiarity when I go shopping. They don't hesitate to help our answer any of my rediculous questions :) love love my neighborhood Frys.

Great place and great prices with internet coupons...

A pleasant experience every time. Whenever I am here every single employee I’ve come in to contact with is warm, friendly and in pleasant spirits. I generally am not a fan of Fry’s stores but it’s always a pleasure shopping here.
I would go out of my way to visit this location even though there is a Frys right across the street from me.

Hiring manager for this location has done an excellent job. This location is head and shoulders above any other Fry's store I have been in. Employees here should be paid more than the others. Great job guys, your efforts are noticed and very much appreciated. Keep it up!

Matt in produce is just fabulous. He was pleasant and took the time to talk with my son. He was also very helpful with finding products. This store always has pleasant employees and items in stock. I shop for Instacart and always have a good experience here.

I was exhausted and ill on 09-04-19. I could not locate the sweet &sour sauce. At check out, Beth heard. She donned her super hero cape and obtained 2 bottles for me!! Her actions and attitude were superior. This lady should teach and guide other employees! I have been a customer of Fry's for 45 years and I LOVE this store and its employees!!!
