The Home Depot

This Home Depot I consider my home store. As an owner of a construction company that serves the valley, I go to a lot of home depots, but this one for some reason is just my favorite. Parking here feels safer than some. The employees are friendly. They nearly always have what I'm looking for. It's pretty clean (unlike a few others). And it's not as crowded as some of the others.

I always love coming to my local HD but Alex has now helped me on Teo different occasions and I really appreciate great service. Thanks to everyone there and especially the helpful knowledgeable employees!!

On 2.26 before closing Dave was very helpful in helping me find some caps for my washing machine/Dryer water line. Even though it was not his department, he helped me source all the correct parts.

I am always building something. HD consistently provides the best quality and they give a military discount on most of what I need. The staff are uniquely suited to their own special department and always add a touch of their own experience with each purchase. Most of them are retired workers that have years of credibility behind their advice.

Mark is an awesome manager who went above and beyond to make my family's store experience a memorable one while grabbing a fresh cut Xmas tree for our home.

So helpful at this local Home Depot. Went to buy a simple door to replace and Jeff was exceptionally helpful and calm and attentive. It was a delight to be assisted by him and I really feel he should be recognised for his customer service. In addition, the guys helping with our door on top of our car has also relieved us of issues. This Home Depot is great! Particularly if you want help with doors from Jeff!

Out of all the Home Depot’s that I have been to, this one has easily the most helpful staff. There is also a Chicago style hot dog stand outside. How cool is that!!

I was helped today by Ishmael who took me directly to bin forty three and took down two wheels to fit my hand truck. Others at the store had told me the store only had the wheels on aisle 3, & nowhere else. An older gentleman apologized to me for having to make three different trips to get what I needed. Thank you for efficient teamwork.

The store is okay but the red haired girl at the pro desk is terrific. Thank you Tica!

I checked the website for stock. The location had it but it was not in the show room. A store associate Thomas B was able to help me find it by checking the store’s systems and looking through the warehouse by SKU number (stock keeping unit). After finding it on the top shelf of the aisle he was able to use a lift to bring the item down and check it out. Exceptional customer service by store associate Thomas B. Thank you

We came here looking for a metal entry door and a gentleman named Bob helped us and explained the difference between the doors and the best option for us. Usually no one helps us at all but I was surprised someone actually came to us. I like this place better than the other one.

As always the best deal in town with kind and considerate attention to needs of the people.

Excellent pick-up service at the CSR desk: needed a new shelving hi-rise unit for my ever expanding parts dept😜. They also do a curbside service too👍.
Unfortunately they don't do free delivery from the store, only from the warehouse (for online items); & it seems all the shelving units were in store (but ordered & paid for online, & it was ready for pickup in just an hour or so in this case).

If they had people ready to help that would be the only thing I'd ask to be better, but it's a good store for tools and hardware.

Hired a great day laborer right out of the parking lot. He added an entire west wing addition to my desert highlands home for only $450. Looking forward to picking up an electrical expert for the next power grid addition to our midwest summer getaway ranch.

Went to pick up a few things...Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Huge selection and very good prices, the Wal Mart of home needs but way better!!!

Amazing customer service! I went with my 80yr old grandma and they went above to help us pick out and find the cordless blower that would work for her and also with the best deal for her $.

There was a situation where I had to wait around 40 min for a moving truck due to the last customer running late and Analiy and Ray were amazing in compensating me for my time by giving me a slight discount and calling the last customer to try to get the truck to me asap.
I really appreciate Ray as the assistant manager taking initiative to compensate me for my time. Analiy was so sweet during my whole time there! Both were very courteous as well :)

Customer service was great , walked in the store asked one of the associates where the item I needed was walked with me to the isle and asked if I needed anything else. Thanked him, found th staple gun and staples and walked to check out counter. Paid for it.. in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great job.

I visited this particular store because I needed to return a defective product that I'd purchased at a different location. The staff at this store was fantastic! Debbie, in customer returns, speedily handled my transaction with a smile! She even gave me some great product recommendations. Bob, in millwork, also delivered superb customer service, as he thoroughly accommodated my request to make sure my replacement product was not defective as the first was. It turned out that together we discovered there was a manufacturing error in the whole batch of the product I needed and Bob got on the phone and spoke with the manufacturer directly. It didn't resolve my getting the product in hand during that visit, but what an awesome team member he is to take my concern directly to the top, and probably save other customers the same difficulty I had.
