I started recently going to this location. Faxes are extremely affordable compared to other places and the ladys are always very nice. I never have to wait to long either

Very pleasant first time experience with Alex! She answered all of my questions regarding shipping processes and procedures. Alex was extremely helpful and intuitive! Will be back to this location again!

Very friendly with my return. Maybe I'm the weird one that very often has a great, if not excellent experience, at UPS stores.

Review for Alex J, presumably a manager or supervisor. Had a small issue with Notary, had to come back in to have it rectified. After calmly and respectfully explaining the issue, she got it taken care of immediately. Absolute pro.

Alex was extremely helpful and patient and spent all the time necessary to scan and send via email for me. She was amazing. Her manager goes out of his way to assist and EVERY SINGLE EXPERIENCE I have had this year is 100%

Always friendly and helpful! I have never had to wait long. I buy a lot on Amazon so I come here to return them and it's so easy and quick. The people who work here are always nice and work fast. I print things here too and they have always come out great. Never had them make a mistake. I highly recommend this place.

Great store! They do an outstanding job packaging up items for me and making sure everything is just right. Are they perfect? No, but they are friendly, fast, and very accurate. One time I brought in a large computer to ship back and they had no problem packing it. I did have one instance where a massage pillow went missing and was never received by Amazon, but a UPS driver may have given themselves a more merrier Christmas, or the item was lost. I wish the post office was like this.

Absolutely love this store! As a startup business, they've been extremely accommodating. I've dealt with Miguel the most who is always as polite as can be.

In addition to a mailbox, they accept packages from customers, either shipped or dropped off in person. When I'm done working on the equipment, I can take it back there so my customers can pick their equipment up again. This is very helpful since my hours vary on a regular basis.

They are courteous to my customers, which is very important and they are courteous to me. They've called me to let me know a customer was waiting for me on a day I was running behind. They have really allowed me to have a business address outside of my home address.

I have been coming to this UPS store for years, its family owned and operated and they go above and beyond to help me every time. I had some personalized wrapping paper made the day befor Christmas and he got it done in a couple hours. They do so much more than just shipping.

Today I received excellent customer service from this UPS location about a transaction from June 24. She was calm and helped me with my issues even when I was anxious. Thank you!

I've had a mailbox here for years and as a perpetual traveler, I use UPS Stores a lot. These folks always greet you with a smile, acknowledge your presence when they're busy, and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Always a pleasant, professional experience. A+++ recommendation.

Not only do I have a mailbox here, I frequently use them for shipping and receiving packages and other convenience services such as notary public, purchasing office and shipping products, sending and receiving faxes and purchasing packing materials. They also make great tacos (just kidding). It's an awesome store with great staff.

The young gentlemen at this store make shipping a pleasure. They go far beyond the standard customer service and help you with ALL of your needs. They take the time to ensure that you are a happy customer.

Great UPS store especially the assistant manager.... he's so awesome , great guy, very nice pleasant with a great attitude to help..... rare in this time...... My printer is not working. Ive gone to this store for copies and print stuff.... their very helpful...

Super friendly store. Miguel was helpful and explained when pickup would be and printed out a tracking number for my reference. He even has tape for your box if you need it- no charge.

Always friendly. Always helpful. Always knowledgeable. There are other mail/packaging stores closer to me, but this store is by far the best for service. It's worth the drive.
