All the csa’s don’t get paid enough to deal with all the East Carson Crackheads that pass by this store. The store is always clean and the agents are always willing to inform me. Five star experience for helping me leave the store with my new phone and feeling like I understand every single aspect of my plan. Thank you Luis!

I heard this place used to be crummy. But I went 2 weeks ago and it was nice! No long lines, people working are knowledgeable. Clean store. They made suggestions before I left for plan upgrades & a new version of my current phone but were not pushy at all and they handled my reason for coming in first - efficiently & accurately.
I had to wait 3 or 4 minutes before being helped because the manager had gone outside as I was coming in. He went out to assist an elderly woman customer in crossing the very busy East Carson street and on her way safely. He didn't tell anyone or make a big deal, but I saw it myself. To me, that speaks volumes about a person & their business' practices.
I'll be going to this location as long as it's under this management for all my Cricket phone & account needs.

I decided to switch to cricket from Sprint with the help and advice from the associate Taylor. Taylor was very helpful and informative. She made my experience great and was very polite and professional. I was able to save a lot of money by switching to cricket. The store itself has improved greatly due to new management and ownership. I’m really happy with cricket and I highly recommend it as a service provider and a more affordable option for an unlimited data plan, something I’ve always preferred to have. Taylor really made my switching easy, keeping my same phone number and also getting the phone I wanted.

I absolutely love this store. The manager is very nice and very helpful. He greats me every time I enter the store and gives his full attention.He knows everything about phones. He shows interest in all my questions. I couldn't ask for a better phone company.

The location is under new ownership as of the last month 2/15/18, as well as new management team in place as of 3/1/18. The manager here is Joe. Please ignore all existing 1 star reviews and give this location a visit, you will not be disappointed!
