This is by far my absolute favorite Water & Ice location. I’ll drive 5 mins longer out of my way to go to this location because whether it’s to stop in for ice cream for the kids or to just refill our water jugs. The store is always clean and the staff is always kind to myself and my kids. Highly recommend this location. Family Friendly wins me every time!

I've been going there for quite some time now for my water and ice. You know it's always good freshwater and clean ice because it's so Crystal Clear. The employees are so friendly. And it's very convenient parking and access to your bottles and getting them filled.

I have used this location to fill our water tower bottles for some time. The water is a good quality and it's easier than using other venues or paying a service. The staff is friendly and helpful.

They helped me set up the alkaline water system. The water filtration is good here as always. It reminds me of the days when a group of us would walk from school in junior high to get some shaved ice (they still have it). Everyone had their favorite. My favorite was black cherry margarita. If you haven't tried it, it will blow your mind.

You have to fill your own water. Never busy. They also offer snacks and ice cream. Always clean. Customer service is friendly, especially the few male employees. Parking isn't great. They do have carts if you have more than one water container.

Clean. Full service store. Handicap accessible and staff go out of their way to keep store clean and well stocked. Very helpful to customers. Very busy area in the shopping center. Cart available for use to get full bottles to vehicles. External after hours fill station available.

Been getting water here for 10 years! Always tastes great and it's discounted if you get 30+ gallons at once. Every now and then we get the coconut pineapple ice cream which is really tasty.

This is the only place I go for water and lotto tickets, great icecream and very friendly staff

There is nothing glamorous about this store from the outside. It is a hole in the wall. But it serves the highest quality water at arguably the lowest cents / gallon. It also sells water containers including those that are PBA-free. Water and Ice store, at least this one on Ray Rd is one of Chandler’s hidden gems that everyone ought to know of and try, especially their water since everyone needs water.

The you g college student that works there is the reason why I choose this location. Hes very friendly and personable.

AWESOME customer service every single time I've been there. Plus, they have my favorite ice cream...bubble gum (ya know...w/the gumballs inside). Even tho I'm not a kid anymore that's still my favorite 'Thrifty' brand ice cream.

Easy to use equipment, and the water dispensers all work. Friendly staff

Staff very nice and helpful. I was recovering from a fractured wrist and the nice young man helped get my bottles in the car the few times I was there when I couldn't lift the 3 gal bottles.
