Fry's Marketplace

Steve helped me at self checkout. He's helped me before and he's always on point with a smile. After the transaction he always acknowledges me and says have a great day! Very personable and professional. He's always dressed neatly and he's knowledgeable about the products.

Just like any other frys. No surprises. Went in on my brake to grab some flowers for my girlfriend. Wide selection even at this time right before closing. Every employee I passed greeted me.

This fry’s market place is huge. It’s a one stop shop for your groceries. It’s usually always busy but they have awesome staff and service. You won’t be waiting in the check out line for a long time. They keep the inventory fully stocked which is a huge plus.

The 5 stars I'm giving is for one particular cashier. Normally when I go here, it's a lot of grumpy employees that just aren't very pleasant. Yesterday, our cashier, Toni, was wonderful! She even made sure my friend got his senior discount that we knew nothing about! She was very sweet and very helpful! Thank you, Toni for being an awesome cashier!

My fiancé and I go out of our way to come to this location. We love all the employees they are very helpful and nice. My son has autism and I really appreciate this store and this location employing so many individuals with special needs including autism. Please be mindful and respectful & go to a different location if you have a problem with this.

This was a great place for everything! Never knew they had a store with all the home furnishings !

They have a free fruit stand for kids. They can eat fruit while you shop!
***I would also like to note that Vicki is the most wonderful person. She's an absolute delight and an asset to this store. If she's on a register I'll stand in her line, even if it's longer, as she always has a smile on her face and something kind to say. 🙂

Fry's has expanded their offerings to include specialty items, which is helpful. I can get just about anything I need for cooking at home.

One of my favorite fry’s to shop at , can never complain when the prices are on point and the service from the employees is great as well. The only thing is when you are running late and coming in around the time of close they can be a little pushy to get you out the door but it’s understandable because they are trying to go home I’m sure. So besides that I’d say this store is a nice place to shop & can’t beat the prices/ sales they have . Especially if you download the app :)

It's a big store and well stocked today. There are staff throughout the store to help with problems. Checkout was fast and efficient. Staff was friendly.

This amazing market place is amazing. You can get almost everything you need. Fresh foods from Deli Department ESP Sushi, too many varieties. All the floor is shine and nice Mr Rocky keep cleaning the whole day with smile and if any body who depressed you can visit there and meet lot of smile peoples at this location.

Wow! The 1-star comments on here are mind-blowing. I love this location. I've never had a bad experience with the employees or the manager. They've always been attentive and respectful. I can't say the same for some of the shoppers, but you can't control who shops there. I love the Marketplaces as we have purchased our patio furniture from here. The Starbucks is great; always has what I want. Produce is great. I haven't tried ordering groceries from the app, but that's my own stubbornness because I like shopping in-store. I'll give it a shot one of these days as I believe it will save my family money and prevent us from buying items NOT on our list.

Father’s Day is fast approaching, and I notice that the one thing my guy doesn’t have is an adequate patio, so I decide I will do a backyard makeover for him, starting with a BBQ Gazebo. The idea came to me while shopping at Fry’s the other day when I happened upon the perfect BBQ Gazebo display. Taken by its charm, I make contact with the first representative that I see in the HOME Dept, Sylvia. She informed me that they had no more Gazebo’s in stock, and that the display is all that they have. Excited, I say, “I want it.” Sylvia then called the GM, Jeremy and asked for protocol to process the sale of the display. Jeremy was caught in a whirlwind of responsibility at the moment, (news of an incoming grocery delivery truck gave me a clue as to where he was running to), still he was kind of to stop and acknowledge Sylvia and I regarding the display. On a fly, Jeremy said, ‘he’ll break down the display and have it ready for me in a few hours. The process took more than a few hours and involved Matt and Kelly (also HOME Dept employees).
Sylvia and Jeremy were at the end of their shifts on the day that I bought the BBQ Gazebo display, but they kept in congruent contact with store management and shift personnel to help me deliver my guy the perfect Father’s Day gift.

Fry’s has the best CUSTOMER SERVICE. I should know, I am a former employee, from another state and I am continually impressed.

I went into Fry's looking for a few things, but as I reached the self check out I realized I had forgotten one item. Told the Fry's employee, and he kindly offered to find out if they carried the brand I wanted. The other female employee walked me to the aisle where the item was, and I didn't have to go hunting for it. Outstanding customer service!

They have everything and some great deals!
