Fry's

I've always had good experiences here, except when I do self-checkout. I not uncommonly end up saying nasty things back to the electronic voice and wanting to smash the screen! Of course, I feel that way at any grocery store since I usually take my own bags, buy produce that has to be weighed, and often have coupons that an employee has to enter. Store has good sales and sends targeted coupons for my common items. It's clean, staff is pleasant, and they rarely are out of items on special. Update: it really seems to me that careful shoppers who watch ads do at least as well at Fry's on groceries as they would at a paid-membership store. I'm also quite pleased with the produce quality I see. Update: some great online coupons drew me in even though I was tired and hurting a bit. The young man in charge of the self-checkout was absolutely charming as I all but threw a temper tantrum (I scanned too fast for the system, had to be cleared for liquor, etc.). I need to say something nice about him to his manager!

This grocery store offers everything you need for most of your good old fashioned American cooking needs. There's even a solid selection of vegan junk foods. The fresh vegetables both times I've gone have been hit or miss in their freshness; that is, fruits or veggies can sometimes be a little bruised, but generally I trust everything I but here to be a pretty solid quality.

The staff tends to be very helpful from what I've seen, nearly every time I've shopped here they are out on the floor helping someone find something they need. I'm not sure what Fry's staff get paid, but more often than not they go above and beyond what I would expect.

Got what I needed and was out in 10 mins. No lines on Thanksgiving Day!! That's a first but a very happy customer.

But for some reason, on the way there the app beeped when I need to do something & I could see the map but I couldn't hear any voice telling me what to do?
Probably my fault???

Lori in Fry's pick up is the absolute most accommodating and friendliest person ever! All of the employees in this department go above and beyond to not only fill every item in my order but to carefully bag and load it in my car at least 1-2 times a week. As a person with MS this service is invaluable to me and every employee I've dealt with has been fantastic! Thank you Fry's pick up service!!

Love the convenience, the size is not too big or too small. Great variety, great quality & fresh products. Awesome incentives. And the staff is always so friendly and on point

The pharmacy is great, I live on the other side of town, but I make the drive because, Christine and everyone that works here is great.

When I was checking out today Jim— the self check out clerk saw that I was holding a baby and bagging my groceries. He was not very busy and took the opportunity to help me bag my groceries (I was not at self check out). I want to say every time i shop at this fry’s the customer service is always excellent. To me this show that not only on an individual people are great at their jobs but also Managment is doing a great jobs there employees are happy and willing to take that extra step. To experience this is not at all common in the time we live in. So thanks for making all my shopping needs friendly and hassle free!

I have been using curbside pick up since covid has come up, and the attendants have always been pleasant and happy to help. They're always wearing their masks properly and are very busy. They help keep our day moving and I'm very thankful for them. I hope Fry's takes care of all their employees for the work they do.

I've been shopping here for years and it's always been great however I had an exceptional experience today with Keith from the bakery. He pointed out the fresh baked bread and offered to slice it for me, just an outstanding experience.

Pickup is fast and convenient. Really great service from the associates that bring out your order. Highly recommend!

I appreciate how clean, organized, and well-stocked this location is and the staff is always friendly. Today, I went to pick up some cheddar in their specialty cheese area. Keith was super friendly and helpful! He didn’t just point me to the cheddar section, but asked questions about my personal preferences and recommended his favorite cheddar, which I bought along with a few other cheeses of different types that he recommended. They were all delicious and I really appreciate the personal touch!

Just a great grocery store. The people are helpful, the store is always clean and organized. Between the in store Starbucks and sushi bar the place has a lot to offer. I know it sounds weird but the sushi isn't bad, not a big selection though, and it's not as good as a sushi restaurant, but it's not bad.
Prices are decent and the Fry's reward points have saved me 50 cents a gallon at the gas station many many time. Also, you can use the Fry's reward points at any Circle K gas station!

I like to give 5 stars to this location to highlight couple of people Linda & Charles. These people I engage a lot because I go through the self check out and I buy fresh milk which include bottle refund every time I get there they will be very pleasant to deal with and even with the long day of standing at the cashier they will smile share a joke or two and help get me checked out without no hassle. Having said that I dealt couple of time with two different self check out cashiers who actually lied and told me after ringing up all the groceries that there policy change for the milk bottles that I have to go through cashiers line. This happen last week and this week I go through the self checkout and got charles I asked him and he said there is no such thing and future to ask him and he will help. Otherwise I like to shop at this location and I hope the store manger sees this message and recognizes their hard work (charles and Linda ) and reward them. Thank you!

Today instead of shopping at Walmart like I normally do I went here and it was the best grocery shopping experience I have had in years. I did not feel rushed or stressed walking around the store, I actually enjoyed myself which never happens when grocery shopping. I was able to find everything I needed and when it was time to check out I had an actual human being who was helpful, knowledgeable and fast. Also, I had assistance from a second person to help bag my groceries in addition to making sure I got my baby's formula immediately, during the checkout process. Thank you Fry's for the dedication to your customers I will be back from now on! #BoycottWalmart

Since their remodel the place is spectacular. I love the new layout and it feels more upscale now. My only frustration is the deli department where you easily wait 20+ min for meat. They used to have a machine where you could order and then come back later. But overall the store is great now with fresh sushi and Starbucks...

Kathleen in the deli is awesome! Great customer service, she represents the qualities an employer seeks and gives the finest customer service you could hope for! Always a cheerful welcome and helpful assistance. I thought I would fill out a survey to congratulate Fry's on their luck finding such a gem but was disappointed to find no survey option on my receipt. I went to the website and came up with this, I hope the management somehow finds this and is able to thank her for the job so consistently well done.

The employees at this Fry's are amazing and polite. Normally when I go in it is later at night and the counters are either closed or closing. However every time my daughter (age 3) and I go, there is a lovely woman who always offers her a cookie from behind the bakery counter. Its a sweet gesture and helps keep the little one preoccupied while I get my shopping done.
