Ruggiero's Ace Hardware - Gilbert

The staff is very friendly and helpful when I am looking for various items within the store. They have a wide assortment of goods. Their store is very neat and clean and well organized.

One of my favorite places because ACE is smaller than a huge store and I can get stuff QUICK

I like when I go in and see familiar faces especially the young lady at the checkout she's always nice and friendly. And I love the cat.

Just left the shop, I believe the clerks name was Preston? Very personable, very helpful, went out of his way to throw different options at an odd problem, sold me a few things that definitly made a difference overall. I have never been to this ace but it was a decent experience.

The customer service at this place is off the charts. They search out customers in the isles to assist. You used to see that at Home Depot at Lowe’s, but no more. Because of this being our first experience, I wanted to give them a great rating and give them my business going forward. We spent a ton of money on barbecue sauces and grilling accessories, and will return to buy much more.

Decent prices, have mostly anything I could need for a quick fix or smaller projects, I bought a garden cart & was able to return it for a wheelbarrow within a week after realizing it wasn't the right tool for the job. No hassles. Excellent staff is knowledgeable and kind. Barefoot friendly.

My go-to place for most everything but food. This Ace is stocked with everything on the "HONEY do" list.

Great little hardware store, very personal service. You are greeted personally several times while inside the store. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Small place but well provisioned, which makes it easy to get in & out without walking the length of a football field (like at a big box store). Very nice screen repair done at this store also. I will return :)

Staff was very friendly and informative. The young man in the grill and BBQ section very knowledgeable and courteous. I wound up spending more money on BBQ sauce and rubs, than I had intended. I was Saturday morning and they were getting ready outside to make some chicken. Highly recommend, and will definitely shop there again. AAA, *****

I'm a plumber and was in NEED of specific parts at a time when water was off at my customers house. Boy, was I glad Ruggiero's Ace Hardware was there for me. Thank you very much.

Workers helped us with whatever we needed and they are nice

Came in about 40mins before close on Sunday trying to find a replacement automotive style stud. Younger Male (Cant recall his name) worker helped look and when we couldn't find the exact part he helped find a different solution that worked perfectly.

This is a great ACE Hardware store. E people are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I like going here before the big box stores, so much more helpful.
