The UPS Store

I stopped by the UPS store to have some items returned to Amazon. I had Amazon send the UPC codes to my phone. When I spoke to the representative Katherine, she told me that I had checked the box marked Whole Foods and that's where I needed to return the items. I explained to her that I marked the wrong box and meant to mark the UPS store. She was kind enough to take the time to correct my mistake so store was able to accept the returns without me having to drive to Whole Foods.

What wonderful customer service by employee Katherine. Times have changed and it's hard to find good customer service anymore. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Matthew at UPS, and I can't express enough how outstanding his service was. In a time where customer service often falls short, Matthew was a breath of fresh air. He was incredibly patient and kind, treating each customer with the utmost respect. I had to return multiple packages, a task that could easily become stressful. However, Matthew made the process seamless and far less daunting than I had anticipated.

What stood out to me the most was his ability to provide helpful answers to any problems that arose, never missing a beat and maintaining his composure throughout. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated and competent in their role, and I believe he sets an excellent example for what customer service should look like.

I just wanted to take a moment to commend Matthew for his exemplary service. He turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth and even pleasant process. Thank you, Matthew, for going above and beyond!

Just left store 2910 and JUSTIN is amazing! This poor guy was the only one working because his co worker got sick and had to go home. There was a line out the door and the phone was ringing he was calm cool and nice. He efficiently took care of me and another customer simultaneously and without loosing his patience. Very nice guy. He should be a manager if he isn’t already! Awesome customer service and awesome work ethic. Fast efficient and friendly! UPS you better take care of Justin make sure he is valued!! Tristan and Justin did a FANTASTIC job helping me send a poster to a friend across the country. Justin made sure the packing was careful for an art piece to mitigate damage. It is very much appreciated after I went to multiple other shipping locations that did not inspire the confidence to send something like that. Thank you so much!

They do give awesome friendly service here. Always a pleasure to work with the crew. And when I don’t have the right tape on my package they help with that too, going beyond what they are obligated to do! Excellent service!!!

The guys here are absolutely amazing!! They even helped carry my things in. I payed for them to package them up because I was moving. When I got to the other end and opened them back up, they were in perfect condition. My things were kept safe and sound while wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap and the boxes were filled with packing peanuts. Even if you pack something yourself, they’ll make sure to add extra tape if you need it. Not one casualty. I’m so impressed by the customer service and care they put into all of their work. If you go more than once, they’ll remember you and greet you like an old friend.

I stopped by the UPS Store while running errands to ask questions about getting forms notarized with witnesses. They were very helpful. I let them know when I would by with my witnesses. They were thorough and pleasant. Definitely will refer this store to my friends.

The woman working here by herself on a Sunday is seriously a gem. Friendly, fast, helpful, efficient. Very impressive.

The last few times I've needed to ship things I've been helped by Cindy at this store and she is fantastic. Today I shipped out a very fragile, expensive item and she really went above and beyond to put my mind at ease on how well she's going to pack it and ensure that it will get to its destination in one piece. Overall I have had consistently great service at this location and will be returning in the future for anything I need to ship.

I frequent the UPS Store to mail all of my packages. They are efficient, there has never been a delay or problem with my order. I appreciate how helpful they are with packing tips and supplies.

I want to take a moment to recognize Cindy at the UPS store on Cooper and Warner in Gilbert, AZ. On 12/21/16, I came in to ship a last minute gift when I realized I had forgotten my packing tape, the address for my package, and the stuffing to protect the breakables. Did I mention my toddler was also yelling and rolling around the floor? Needless to say I was a holiday hot-mess! Cindy was so patient as I searched for the address and dealt with my obnoxious child. She helped me bubble wrap the breakables and even taped the box up for me! All too often people take time to complain about the service they receive without acknowledging the people like Cindy, who are willing to go above and beyond. Please take some time out of your day to let her know just how awesome she is.

Best experience I've had at a UPS Store! Great guy! He just made it easy, when everywhere else had multiple steps and obstacles to ship! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Taji helped us and the dozens of other people walking into the store during the last hour they were open today. He handled multiple customers at a time the fastest and most thorough that he could, all with a smile on his face. Dude is a customer service superstar.

I've gone to this store multiple times and they are great. Great employees, good location, not super busy most of the time, just great overall.
