Looking for kayaks for Indiana Dunes Hiking and there is a good selection and they have Pelican brand one of my favorite value brands.

Also they have the cool bicycle inner tube for people who don’t want to remove their wheel to change a tube say after a blowout or severe tube or stem failures.

This is an awesome sports store in Valparaiso. It is newer then the stores on the other side of the highway. This is a great addition to the area whereas before you had to go to Merriville for your sports needs. The store is nice and new and truly has all your sport equipment. The prices are reasonable and you will end up buying something!

I have been shopping at Dick’s for nearly 20 years and have spent literally thousands of dollars over those years. I have never been overly impressed with their customer support/in-store staff…. Until today! Benji in the bicycle department at the Valparaiso location was the most informative, knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever dealt with, hands down! Thank you, Benji.

Went in to look at a bike for the first time in a long time. I was fortunate enough to have met Benji who is their bike expert. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave great guidance on fit, practical usages of different features, and value for the price. Needless to say I walked out with a great bike with comfort of knowing who it was built by and knowing different features it has to offer. Read the manual when I got home and it matches up identical to what he explained. Awesome Schwinn bicycle with a top notch customer experience. I am glad that experts in their fields who are passionate about their job still exist.

Went in looking for a specific size in crocs for my granddaughter. The sales team for the shoe dept asked me if I need help I said yes and Jen ordered what I needed and gave me the best customer service ever!!! Made my day since it's just before Christmas.

Wow look at all the SPORTING GOODS HERE!!! Base ball, softball, basket ball, tennis, field hockey, lacrosse, hiking, weight lifting and so much more!!! They had the face mask and cleats I needed for my daughter IN STOCK and fit her new cleats perfectly! The gentlemen who helped me (Name started with a 'T') did a very good job helping me out! Still giving them 5 stars even though they don't have socks with little toes in them,,, like oh my gosh

The staff was friendly and very helpful in helping me pick out a shoe. The shoe is very comfortable and I hope to get more of my daily items from this store. I really enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend it.

Had post season black chicago white sox hoodies I was looking for post season. Wish they had a women's section for my wife, but we got her a men's Hoodia so all is good

I was told on the phone that I could order an item and ship it to the store then just pick it up once it arrives however that turned out to be not true but for that inconvenience they took away my shipping costs and just shipped it to my house that shows me they honor their word as well as appreciate their customers I will be shopping here again.

They were extremely helpful getting our order in the car, making sure things fit & setting up pick up for things that didn't fit the first time around. Polite, to boot!
